2 ★ I downloaded this app and I have only been able to access a movie / TV on SWA 1 time in the last 3 flights. says i need to connect to the WIFI, even though I am connected. now downloading other apps to try.
5 ★ Use it for hours every week. Personally never had an issue. I know I can't watch the movies on the plane without it... Thank you Southwest!!!
1 ★ "Not compatible with your device." Garbage app from Southwest. Maybe a 50/50 shot that it will actually work with your phone? Good grief, come on Southwest, fix your app!
2 ★ It works about half the time on Southwest Flights. The other half my pixelbook will not connect for safety issues (risk of passwords being stolen)

5 ★ Great for kindle fire hd! I downloaded this app because the southwest app was not available for the kindle fire hd. This download allowed me to watch movies on my 6 hour long flight!
