4 ★ Everything was going fine until the app decided, for no reason whatsoever because nothing has been altered, it won't find routes to places anymore. I enter an address and it won't route me. Edit: Their support staff was quick, courteous, and useful at solving my problem. Thank you!

2 ★ I installed app and purchased a year subscription 8/18. I have had to put up with inaccurate maps and intermittent GPS latency. I have notified support of wrong posted speed limits, road restrictions etc. to no avail. I have requested help with the GPS issue. Approximately 40% of the time the GPS shows the truck on roads beside the interstate. I have contacted support twice. They sent me a generic email. Followed by a "We will mark your issue as resolved without receiving my feedback. Smh!

5 ★ this App is incredible. Although, so far I've had one bad situation with it, and it was a really bad one. it took me to a street that was clearly not for trucks, especially the freeway entrance, as in it looked like only a tiny ass Fiat can make that turn, I didn't wanna go in but had to there was no way around it. i even had to brush up against a light pole, for real, but then I've been using it for 14days.

1 ★ I used copilot back in 2008 on my laptop...not because it was the best but because you didn't really have options back then for gps with truck routes. I can't believe they still didn't fix the biggest problem with software. Still, you can only search 25 miles ahead on your route for POI(Average truck route is about 700 miles). If you are looking just for basic driving directions, from point A to point B for truck...then this gps is for you.

1 ★ In my previous post, I erroneously wrote that it tried to take me down US30 from Baltimore down to DC. I meant US29. Anyway, as I was reading all of the 1-star posts, I can't believe how many have the same issues. And ALK wants US to fix the problem(s) for them by submitting a report detailing the issues. Who the hell has the time for that, especially when one has to give a lengthy detailed account? And telling us that, "We take every complaint very seriously" doesn't cut it due to the fallout.

3 ★ $100/ year and I still need to rely on Google to pinpoint half the addresses I search for (especially in rural areas)..? I might pay $5/ month -$50/ year for this service but $10 is too much, should have gotten into the ELD scam like everybody else... ⭐For all the big talk about using Atlases out there, it would be nice to have a PC miler Atlas, with Commercial vehicle routes only... Anyways I guess 'safer' means 'more expensive'...

3 ★ Could be better. No reduced speed, down grade, curve warnings from what I have found. The map barely zooms out when driving. If i have to pay $150 a year to use this it will have to catch up to Garmin & Rand McNally. Not to bad though. Missing lots of information and truck stops. Not to bad though but not worth the $150 yearly cost.

4 ★ So far it's a good app. It has its hiccups at times but it's much better than trying to use Google maps. I did have a suggestion though. I think it would be nice to be able to see if there are weigh stations on your route. I know there are icons you can see on the map view but it's a pain to have to manually scan through your entire route to check. Also you have to zoom in really close for the icons to even show up. So if there was an option or button to press to scan route for weigh stations.

3 ★ have decent directions. Devs do not update it though. dozens of times i have submitted new info such as MPH on a section of interstate but months later it still shows that the MPH is 45 and not the updated 75. I also have to create a new profile every time i open the app

4 ★ I have been using this app for a while now and have found it to be very useful. I work for an agency and drive anything from flatbeds to double-decker trailers and it's easy to program in different vehicle settings. I only use the satnav in offline mode, and this was a big selling point for me. The app is not without it's minor issues though; -The fuel station search is as good as useless for me as it doesn't include Fast Fuels/UK Fuels. A facility to enter which fuel card you are using would be a bonus. The fuel station information doesn't tell you the canopy height, or whether they have a pump suitable for higher HGV's (ie no canopy). When I'm at home (NE of Scotland), it shows my nearest HGV services as Kinross, and doesn't mention Ashgrove FS A96, Q1 Aberdeen or Stracathro Services A90 (two name 3 filling points, there are many more missing) -The industrial estate search is incomplete and would benefit from the inclusion of company names/locations -The restaurant search is very limited. A minor point, but it's a handy feature that could be improved. All of the above points could be solved if there was a user-edit feature available.

1 ★ Poor useless navigation. Payed for the full version after the trial period and the software is constantly routing me via roads with low bridge. Absolutely furious. App is dangerous and not working properly. Taking my 15'10'' lorry trough 15'9'' bridge. Also taking routes not suitable for hgv. Stay away from it

1 ★ I didn't realize it when I downloaded, but this is the same at my company that I work for uses on their trucks. maybe it's their settings, but it just got through trying to take me off an Interstate route, unnecessarily, and it was the shortest fastest route. I still ended up on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, again unnecessarily. I'm not happy.

3 ★ I'm only rating 3 stars at the moment only had it one day but I'm coach driver my Tom Tom broke so thought I'd give this a trial run to see what it's like.. done around 250 miles with it already so far so good not gotten me into any difficult situations. But it's only the first day I'll post back again after 1 month let you know how I found this software.

4 ★ today is the first day I've experienced a problem with the app. I enter an address and it wont route. I'm stuck using Google maps which is never good driving a tractor trailer. please help!!!!

4 ★ My only real gripe is that occasionally it will have you enter and exit major highways repeatedly using access roads for no reason. That said, this app has saved me a lot of hours sitting in traffic jams. Best app I've found for the money.
