C Reference 2.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Just updated and am now getting Leadbolt alert advertising. I have not used this app in months because it's a limited resource so it is using data and battery when I'm not even using the app. And the alert advertising is just about the worst thing I have seen on the Android platform.
1 ★ Use of notification bar ads means 1 star rating and uninstall. No exceptions

3 ★ C 1989/1990 only, not C 1999. Lots of typos, and the header summaries are a bit slapdash.n Relevant bits of the standard are missing.
