Download the latest KATbus Tracker application, version 6.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Travel & Local app is developed by Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) and is easy to download and install.
Previous versions, including 6.0, 4.0, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.
Description
The new app allows you to:
* Access real-time bus tracker information: Don't miss your next bus. This app will provide the estimated arrival times of buses approaching your stop. The app also allows you to see the location of buses on a map, so that you can visually track it as it approaches. You also have the ability to store your favorite stops and routes.
* Locate nearby bus stops.
* Receive current service updates through Alerts.
* View fare information.
* Submit comments and suggestions regarding your transit experience. We welcome feedback from our customers.
App permissions
KATbus Tracker 6.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ No map available to see where routes run and stops are listed alphabetically instead of the order if arrival. Its very confusing especially for sunshine who isnt from here.
