The HealthCheck app from Acelis Connected Health makes it easy to send your test results and other information directly to your healthcare providers, so your clinician or physician can easily review it.
Take greater control of your own care. You’ll be able to record your results anytime from anywhere, as well as communicate with your healthcare team during your clinic’s hours of operation.

1 ★ App is horrible & has been for a while now. You try to login & nothing happens,it just says close App or wait.I know this effects a lot of users as I have to call the Lab now & leave a message with my results. Why it's not fixed is a mystery. I've uninstalled, reinstalled app. Doesn't help.Acelis needs to fix their App it obviously has code & or bug issues.
1 ★ Can't pay bill on app. I don't pay anything by check, so if you don't fix the app, or have people answer the phone, you won't get my money.
1 ★ This app sucks. ACH put no effort into making sure this works correctly. I'm sure the elderly using this app are just confused. If there was a negative 5 stars I'd rate it that.
1 ★ My daughter and I tried for an hour or so to get this app set up for me to pay my bill. We were never able to get my password saved even though it met the criteria. We finally gave up. Also don't like that you can never speak to anyone or pay over the phone.
