1 ★ App is not working! Always....try again at a later time!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!???????
5 ★ People are not being fair to this app. I was able to sign in and pay bill very quickly! I think it's easier than the desktop version of their website.
1 ★ App crashes before you can even get logged in to view anything.
1 ★ Doesn't work and ACS doesn't have answers. I have told them about this app. ACS isn't on a positive trend.

1 ★ My app was working fine and able to pay my bill on time, and since this upgrade I haven't been able to log in with my info. Tried the forget username and password route, didn't work, no response. Also tried calling cs number, nothing but a 20min hold. Just emailed them and supposively have a representative contact me within 72hrs. Its ridiculous.
1 ★ Cant even log in. After the update I keep getting emails saying I need to verify my payment method. I've tried the link in the email and the app. Every time I log in it says successful signed out.
5 ★ I need help getting on here
1 ★ Internet has been slow (50.0 kbps while paying for 4.0 Mbps) or not working 3-6 hours nearly every day (90%) this month. Modem resets do nothing to fix. Can't use app to report ticket because the app instantly crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled to current version and still crashes.
1 ★ Still can't view or pay bill with this app. Can't even access my account information.

2 ★ It used to work fine, now the login screen only let's me input my username and nothing else making it useless because I can't actually log in. Reinstalling didn't fix this either.
