Description
Keep an eye on your home or business while away with mobile management of your security system and compatible smart devices. Arm or disarm your security system, view high-quality live and recorded video, answer the door and greet visitors, unlock/lock doors, turn lights off/on, adjust thermostat temperature, even open or close garage doors from wherever you are. Customize your home with a series of automated actions. Create an exit routine that adjusts the temperature and locks the doors. Or, run a bedtime routine that checks the garage door status, turns on outdoor lights and arms the alarm.

1 ★ Was good. App performed reasonably well. Not anymore. Now I can't use it at all. There's a problem with the wireless connectivity at the panel. I can't even log in to the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I can't log in. Tried to reset my password couldn't even get the text it was supposed to have sent to my phone. Please fix this. It's been broken for probably 4 months now.
1 ★ been 2 months i can no longer log into the app to disarm my home. always get the message " taking longer than expected". tried resetting password, logging in and out...same old story. developer should try to fix this bug asap
5 ★ UPDATE: still loving it. My husband had to adjust the volumn for the voice notification. It was a bit too loud for him. He had no problems making his personal preferences. Straight AWESOMENESS!!!
4 ★ The system works well, I wished there was a widget to see the current status of the system instead of opening the app. Also I hope they'll eventually integrate it with Google Assistant.
5 ★ This works very good. Remember you have to have service to set and clear the alarm signal. I am out in a "drop call" area. Works great most everywhere.
5 ★ Good app. Works well. I have alarm at my home and office and I can check both places easily and turn alarms on or off remotely. Very useful.

5 ★ Always Happy with this system and the people that work there they are always on top of what is going on and I get called if I mess up and set the alarm off by mistake
4 ★ Yesterday I was not able to connect my smartphone on the Total Connect 2.0. I verified my Wifi signal and connection was good.
1 ★ Features like locking/unlocking our door and being able to control our thermostat have disappeared. Totally useless app

1 ★ It's just horrible haven't been able to use it for the last week or so which is much longer than the normal 4andom daily glitches.
3 ★ Add an Armed Night Stay Mode Button!! After another horrible update the app often won't connect, slow, sluggish & in need of a makeover!
5 ★ Very Reliable. Have had the system and app for years and have never had a problem.
