This app provides lifestyle enhancing functionality by combining remote control security with the ability to view live video of your home or business.

1 ★ Protection 1 made me sign a new contract to upgrade to this awful mess. It rarely works, most of the time the app won't connect to the system. LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, doesn't matter, it just times out. Tried this app on three different devices, didn't matter. Web interface also won't work. If it does come up, it takes an average of five minutes, so it's not at all useful in any kind of emergency. Their techs have looked at my system but can't find the problem.
1 ★ Downloaded this a yesterday. Doesnt come up. Just remains a black screen. When it came up it was good but that does you no good if the app isnt working.
1 ★ Rarely can connect. Always have to wait a long time. Browser based one works, but is also very slow.
3 ★ This app works fine. It does what it is supposed to do. Its free so how can you complain. Sometimes its a Lil slow.
2 ★ Little slow but does work from anywhere, best on wifi. But very slow & sometime takes twice to log in since update! Needs work!!

3 ★ Works pretty good when the system is up. Just wish they hadn't made the alarm keypad smaller. Much nicer bigger! (Filling the screen)
