1 ★ Horrible experience. The absolute worst service of any company ever. Avoid them. Better off without a security system because they stealing your money every month anyway.
1 ★ This company is a joke. After having them for over a year NOTHING works anymore. I get CONSTANT notifications that I left a door open, doesn't matter what door. I also get constant notifications that this or that is offline. I've called sooooo many times recently and all the sudden u cannot get thru. Huge wait times. The system tell u they will call back. When someone does call u, its always the next day when u cannot take a call. I am NOT renewing our contract. GET IT TOGETHER FRONTPOINT!!
5 ★ I must say after you get the equipment setup this app is pretty awesome and easy to use. I was even able to use this when I was vacationing in Europe no problem. The only addition I can add is when you get a new system it would be helpful in the documentation to state that the numbers that are on each sensors actually designate the sensors so it's easier to talk with tech support. I say this cuz I already installed sensors and didn't realize I needed those numbers.
1 ★ This app is annoying to use at best. It takes forever to clear saved images from the doorbell camera! Why can't you add a " clear all button "? Also the checkbox to clear the saved picture is so close to the play tab that I offen activate play when trying to clear, what a pain!
1 ★ You have to watch your bank acc if you have auto pay because they take out twice in a month. It happened more then once.When the alarm goes off its shorter then 30sec they don't call you to check if u ok. What if someone holding u. I had this 3yrs and I'm just told about a code, to put if if Im forced by robber once I ask why know one called when my no entry was on. They said, it was only 29 sec. I had to upgrade my router. I have to hit the buttons on camera my camera setup outside roof🤬
3 ★ I have a Galaxy Note 20 and I'm not receiving notifications for the doorbell camera. I have ensured that the notifications are enabled in the device and app. And not influenced by battery saving
1 ★ Horrible! Firstly, this app doesn't update automatically with any phone updates, I had to delete after more than 7 years as a loyal customer. Then I attempted to purchase a new sensor, 3 times getting an error message, telling me to try and purchase again. I logged into a chat and was told that it had been purchased and to empty my cart. I did NOT like my Frontpoint experience today at all. Not the company I found as top rated service 7 years ago.
3 ★ Cannot view or do things on the app that you can do on the website itself.
3 ★ The app works most of the time, but whatever you do, do NOT get their thermostat! It is incredibly cheap looking and hardly ever works. I can almost never change the temp through my app and the thermostat won't allow me to manually select my temp by pressing the thermostat buttons. I have to sit and wait for it to decide to kick on, which sucks in the winter. Biggest mistake we've ever made was allowing a sales representative to talk us into purchasing their worthless thermostat!!
3 ★ The app works pretty well. There are a few missing features that I hope are added. 1) Ability to schedule to run a scene, e.g. run the sleep scene (set alarm) at a given time. 2) Add doorbell chime to hub when button is pressed in case the physical doorbell is not working or non-existent (power only to doorbell camera). 3) Automated locks that are manually locked should not trigger setting the alarm, only when they are auto locked when leaving as intended, the app knows the difference.
1 ★ Just won't work to turn off my alarm anymore. Since last update it has become useless. Gotta run in and set off the alarm and turn it off really quick. Kind of annoying.
2 ★ Could have more basic functions and be more intuitive. Cannot change names of sensors from the app. Door Window etc Cannot change audible on hub from "door" to just chime sounds when doors or windows are opened or closed. When I looked up how this is done, it says you need to call them to make the change. Seems completely unnecessary. I was trying to not go back to Comcast because I like some of the remote and garage tilt features from Front Point, but they are lacking some serious basics.

1 ★ This system is a waste of time, save your money and go through ADT
3 ★ The app is just ok. There are features that aren't easy to use such as removing devices, geo services etc. You must go to the website defeating the convenience option.
