1 ★ Their sales guy came to my house, literally coached me what to say in the phone when signing up for services, promised me 19.99 a month. And from day one I've been paying 59.99 and can't get out of their deceptive contract and services. Stay away from this company as they are taking advantage of me and my neighbors who signed up for their services.
1 ★ This app and this system is a Joke I disconnected it and went back to (Vivint) vivint is a much better system by far in my opinion the customer service is outstanding
1 ★ This app does not function well. When we try to change the temperature from our phones, it won't load or change. You can't access the doorbell camera when someone rings the bell so by the time it finally shows, the person is gone. Accessing the indoor cameras also take a long time to load. It's very frustrating when it is for security.
1 ★ The app works OK, But it is definitely the worst security company that there is, Most of the time the cameras do not work, When they do work the images are very poor. Any time I need to call for service or technical support it is very difficult to get through. Can't wait till my contract is up so I can get this junk out of my house.
1 ★ The worst company I have ever was pushed into using. My advice is to lock your door when you see them coming. They should be out of business very dishonest people!!!! And will over charge you for everything and you can't cancel if not done in 3 days, but that wasn't told. 3 days aren't enough to see if you want it or not. THE MOST UNTRUTH COMPANY I HAVE EVER KNOWN!! Look on the BBB and you will see.
1 ★ App works good, but don't get this service. They claim to be all over the US but that's not true. I moved to Austin and it took them over a month to get a 3rd party contractor to set it up. I was without service that whole time. They also lock you in to a 5 year contract with absurd cancellation fee. After 20+ months I tried to cancel because I was moving in with a roommate after divorce and they wanted to charge me 80% of my remaining contract which was over $2,500!!!! Criminals!!!
1 ★ Cannot just tap on a camera to view activity, it takes several attempts to do so. I've spoken with the tech support, customer service, and managers and still have not resolved this issue. DO NOT subscribe to fluent security monitoring service.
5 ★ This is great!!! I love that I can use it anywhere, anytime!! It is very easy plus I'm able to call my dogs in without stopping what I'm doing. It's saved time from running to the door again and again. Why did I take so long to add this to my security system. Everyone needs security today. Thank you Fluent ! ! !
5 ★ Not sure why complaints. I've owned ADT & Monitronic & now Fluent (Smart) Home (Technologies). I have many features activated & seek more & I'm very impressed. This comes from significant experience in burglar fire access control cctv industry for JC. I have a deep understanding of how this stuff works. My alarm configs are as I had them installed. ATT broadband svc is 20Mbps & has excellent response & vid quality. Sprint cellular service has excellent connectivity. Recently updated app features work with Siri-voice. I have unmatched automation and system is outstanding having other systems to compare it to. I have 2 control panels. My 1) main panel plus all of my 2) inside & 3) outside cameras have 2-way intercom. I use Fluent scenes & Siri uses Home Scene to open doors, set temperature, & disarm. I use Sleep Scene to set temperature, lock doors, & arm w/o motion. I use custom schedule to auto temp W/I +/-5 degrees of outside yr round. I want to add auto-lights and garage door now. Google Search on Apple Play Store Fluent Home. Absolutely 5 Stars for us on Apple maybe its the Android experiences but all us Apple Users rank this super high. Sorry guys on Android. -JBrown
4 ★ So far it's been pretty good, but the front door bell stops recording when someone appears at My front Door, and the video is hard to upload, God knows My husband and I will say God forbid if it was an intruder!!, We Truly Need to be Rebooted from you and Not just he and I trying it for the umpteen time 🤔 But besides this, we're Good with All Else 😎 Thanks
5 ★ Have to change my opinion Lately the doorbell camera is not saving videos. I have to stop and restart the application and my phone to get it to work again.
5 ★ So much easier to use on the app than having to go to the keypad on the wall. Very convenient if we leave the house without turning the system on.
1 ★ does not work consistently. sometimes people enter the house and are not picked up by the camera. Can't get any one who knows how to fix it issues with the camera.
