Description
Receive real-time e-mail or text alerts for selected events like system being armed/disarmed or non-alarm events such as liquor or gun cabinets being opened, kids coming home from school, water or temperature alerts.

Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

1 ★ Works good except for notification that uses Geo-service. get all the notifications that i shouldn't while I am home. update 3-10-2020 Customer support called and assisted me . hopefully everything works out great. he was very helpful and thorough
1 ★ This is the worst alarm app i have ever had. It freezes all the time. I can't control the Panel at all.The service is not all that great as well.
1 ★ App is not the best. It doesn't allow me to see activity via the doorbell camera nor for the outdoor system.
2 ★ Camera feed is lagging & when I try to turn the audio on it freezes and shuts off the link to my phone. My router is 10ft from the camera.

1 ★ This app is not user friendly. It would be helpful if you could do a "select all" button to delete your saved videos instead of having to do them one by one. Also when someone pushes my door bell it takes a good 2-4 minutes for it to even ring on my phone. Always getting notifications that my queue is full but I cannot delete anything. Not happy with this app at all.
5 ★ Alert 360 just added the Panic Button feature! Thinking outside the box here, the Panic title should be named something different, like the owner's last name? Therefore if someone is trying to rob you and you're at your front door they might not know you've set the Panic button. Just a thought. Thanks for the feature though.
1 ★ App is very useful and easy to use. I'd give this app 5 stars, but it appears to work at optimal use only when connected to WIFI. When not connected to WIFI app doesn't work as well. Today - 9/17/2020 I updated my router. Trying to reconnect inside camera and doorbell ringer/video has been cumbersome using the app. Should be able to simply reconnect devices to new router without all the hassle 🙄
2 ★ This app is fine when it works. The app is glitchy and doesn't connect with the main server (ex: disarming the alarm from your phone, but the main panel doesn't recognize that). I also hate the doorbell camera takes forever to load.
3 ★ Needs an auto delete feature for video clips. Currently, all doorbell video clips must be deleted individually. It would be better to be able to select the very few video clips that you actually want to keep, and have the option to automatically delete all the other clips after a certain time frame, say one month or some other user to find time frame. I hope you make this Improvement. The current functionality is very irritating. Thank you.
2 ★ App is horrible. When someone rings my door bell, I can not see the door bell camera. With that being said, I am not able to speak through the door bell. It won't load intil after it is in saved images. Then, I have had to reinstall this app 4 times and still the same issue. When I call the company, the want to charge 25.00 for them to come fix it. This app sucks.
1 ★ If you never change your phone or have a single problem this app would be good but I upgraded my phone and for over a year I have had an alert for my old phone that no can fix. Using this app is clumsy it takes hours of your time trying to navigate to fix anything. Tech support is a joke. Oh and the delay between event and notification. Someone is climbing over your fence and you might find out an hour later...
2 ★ Good app, but several many glitches. I get a connection lost alert just because I have a new phone and it tries to connect to my prior phone. I've followed instructions for removing this setting, didn't work. Bad weather yields alerts at times although no sensors are set off. All these extra alerts could make one desensitized to REAL alerts.
5 ★ Love the app and the company y'all. I hear from a lot of people in the industry, even those who have sold smart home, video, and security at other companies. You have some of the best customer service and pricing in the industry. As far as a suggestion, now that Android 10 is out, a dark theme for the app would be fantastic. Keep up the good work!
