- Connect to obtain free video teleconsultations.
- Access their virtual Third Party Paying card.
- Ask the Alan team a question.
- See their refunds.
- Consult the details of their coverage.
While others can use our Coup de Pouce program for free and get:
- 2 months subscription to meditation, with Headspace.
- 1 teleconsultation of medicine, with Livi
- a diagnostic questionnaire

4 ★ L'application est vraiment sympa à utiliser avec une bonne expérience utilisateur mais les performances de la messagerie sont vraiment nulle (Google Pixel 6, Messagerie des professionnels de santé).

5 ★ Ma mutuelle n'a jamais été utile avant Alan et cette app !
5 ★ Très bonne expérience utilisateur, appli pratique avec des remboursements rapides par virement instantané ;) Les garanties sont plutôt dans la marge haute des mutuelles, avec forfait unique: pas besoin de se casser la tête. Pas la moins chère sur le marché, mais la qualité de service est au rendez-vous.
