1 ★ It has been a year since all of us are battling corona and lockdown curbs in various cities but companies like akbartravels have made a business out of this. Due to lockdowns imposed in various states, the airlines have declared full refunds for flight tickets, as confirmed by the airlines, they refund the money to the travel companies just the next day after the customer requests refunds however akbartravels takes around 20-30 working days for the money to get deposited into customers account.

1 ★ Such a cheat app this is. Don't book flight from this app. They loot your money.. They have looted my 2 refunds. And no customer care support

1 ★ Pathetic, worst Travel agency. In the event of Flight cancellation they are not refunding you full amount on the very pretext that we unfortunately used their platform - app or website. I had similar instances with cleartrip and tajawal, both had refunded me full amount but here they are penalising you to use their interface. And worst call centre executives. Better book directly with the airline or use some other better websites. No surprise here, there are full negative reviews of them

1 ★ Pathetic service, would suggest to never book tickets by this app. I booked my flight tickets by this app last month & flight got cancelled. It's been more than a month but still awaiting for my refund.

1 ★ I have booked a flight ticket. Unfortunately the flight has cancelled due to covid. They said the refund time is 25 days. However. The amount has processed from indigo to agent in 2 days. I am really not satisfied with the refund process because they will lepp my money for 25 days. when I call the customer support they are not responsive and rude. Never book these type of agents though you are getting cheaper.

1 ★ Very Very bad experince, even passing of more than one year they are not refunding my ticket cost towrds flight cancelled due to Covid 19 in May-21. I have emailed them several times about more than 30 times but always says they are farworded my issue to concered dept. they will revert the same....this is nof fair... I does not recomnned to anyone to book flight through Akbar Travels...

1 ★ Worst experience I am using the app almost 5 years I booked many time tickets when in the time of ticket cancellation the money refund is very delay. Even we have to sent many mail to them for the money refund or even we have to file case in customer court.

1 ★ I gave 5 star previously, off late the customer service has been so poor, i am forced to update the rating. Even after following up for 3 months still they haven't refunded the money. I wont recommend this service to anyone anymore.

1 ★ I buy one ticket in February 2019 and the ticket is cancelled due to Covid 19.The amount is refund by Air India Express to Akbar travels but that amount is still not refunded. I send mails regarding this issue no response from Akbar travels. I suggest book tickets through direct site of airline company, nowadays I book tickets like these. Never take tickets from Akbar travels

1 ★ Worst app they have very bad refund policy..my money has not been refunded yet from last 2 months. Better book directly from airlines these agents just use your refunded money to survive. Other app has 7 days policy akbar is taking 90 working days.

1 ★ Worst service. I have submitted my refund details almost 2 months now. All the time, they give the excuses of backlog and still waiting for my 2 refunds.

1 ★ Fare will show while checking in one amount, after ready to book they will change the fare. And main problem is reshedule, it will charge as penalty is too much. Like a big mistakes, if your ticket amount is 6500/- your penalty will become 6800/- If ur ticket price is 12000/- then ur penalty become 12300/- AKBAR TRAVELS will not give refund in any case. Bakhwas...

1 ★ They are a bunch of fraud people, stealing your refund money. After taking my bank account details for refund they have not providing any update on refund it has been more than 3 months. No one responds on mysupport now and on call as usual no response.

1 ★ Worst travels.I wont give even one star Worst travels .if we cancel our tickets they won't take our issue and they won't respond us properly.for cancellation and refund I'm mailing and calling them 4 times a day but they keep saying initiate a mail and they won't respond properly . please don't book our tickets from this travels .they don't return ur money and you should be keep begging for our money .
