1 ★ Everytime I try to order from any store that is taking online orders, whether it be for now or later, I get the error "Your selection is invalid." Can't place any orders with the app. Doesn't give any clue as to what is invalid or how to fix it.

3 ★ A lot of the login issues are fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. App is super buggy though. Needs essentially a full redesign to deliver the promised experience.

1 ★ Love the subs, but their app leaves A LOT to be desired. I have the same issues that others here keep noting; I can login, search stores, pretty much everything except place an order. No matter which location I choose, when I try to add an item to my cart, it returns an error - every single time. Brand new Samsung Note 10+ along with an update version of the Penn Station app and still notta. It would be best for Penn Station to remove such a buggy app from the store until they can get their issues resolved. I just sat 10 mins in a parking lot trying to place an order only to end-up going to Skyline for dinner because their app actually worked.

5 ★ Worked fine for me on Google Pixel. It is sort of quirky but I entered a credit card information including home address and it worked fine.

1 ★ Crashes my galaxy 20 everything single time I try to fill out the payment information. Everytime. Causes the entire phone to lock up. Only with this app.

1 ★ Fantastic subs, app is 100% borked. Location finds stores, but every link except to call is returned as invalid request. Don't need an app to call a store. Wonder how long the line is @Wendy's? Let this be lesson to users: don't leave a bad review on a good app until you troubleshoot, it might start working. If the app then fails with the same error three hours later, then you can take away all their stars. Nobody's got time to restart their phone every dang time we launch an app.

1 ★ Works great right up until completing the order. Enter phone, choose card, click complete, screen flashes and nothing happens. It never asks for CVV, so I suspect a data validation error...

1 ★ Seriously guys, how much money are you losing because your app can't place orders, the only thing people would want the app for. How is this not a drop everything emergency for your developers. Nobody's going to email you, that's not how debugging works. Add some logging or telemetry if you really can't figure out why this is happening. Search your codebase for "The request is invalid."

1 ★ Every single time I login to this app to make an order, I receive a "This request is invalid" error. Clearing stored data fixes the problem, but I have to do this each time. I don't know how much you paid your app developer, but you should ask for your money back.

2 ★ I'll give it a better rating once you fix the online ordering. Every time I try to order on the app, it says the request is invalid. It's been this way for a while. Why has no one fixed this issue? I see everyone else is having the same problem. Otherwise, the subs are damm good.

2 ★ I have recently started getting "the request is invalid" when trying to submit my pickup time. This just started in the last week and I am using a Galaxy s10 Plus.

1 ★ Impossible to use rewards program (lemon loyalty program) through the app. When redeeming a reward you can't add the reward to your online order. It tells you to redeem the reward which has a bar code at the cashier, well the manager said they don't accept them... Extremely disappointing and does not make any sense. On top of all of this is the cherry on top, the app would hang up half the time indefinitely after confirming and sending my order. Can't use my rewards and can't order online.

4 ★ Cant order thru the app anymore. Seems like it had an update and can't order anything now. Update: I had to Un-install then re-install and now works great.

3 ★ Never works correctly. Cant even use it now as it says "request invalid" when selecting a store. Has done this before. *edit* I emailed them and got a reply. They said to log out and log back in. It did the trick for anyone else with the same issue.

1 ★ The order taking part of the app works but the rewards part has been broken fro a long time. So things like order history don't work either
