4 ★ Update 03/27/21(1 Star to 4 Stars): Tried the app again since updating. Worked great and was easy to use. No problems using app other than it likes to go back to choosing the order type(In Store, Curbside, Delivery) when trying to add more items after clicking on the cart. Easy to continue, but slightly annoying. Fix that final glitch and it will be 5 Stars for me.

1 ★ When I first downloaded the app it worked fine but all of a sudden an issue has been happening where when I get my order completed and go to get the final total it tells me that "The order cannot be completed at this time" and to "please try again" and that "if I am still having trouble I call the store to complete my order". It is very frustrating and annoying and I thought it would resolve itself soon enough with an update or something but I've yet to be able to mobile order in some time.

1 ★ Usually works OK, but the reorder functionality needs work. I tried to edit an item I had ordered previously, and the app automatically takes out default ingredients you had before. For example, I tried to add mushrooms to a previously order steak and cheese, and the app too out steak, cheese and all the sauces. I ended up getting a sub with nothing but very little steak. If I'm editing an existing order, it should at least remember what ingredients I had before.

3 ★ Easy to use, though you cannot modify the kids sandwiches to add toppings. However, good luck getting the order to go through. Nine times out of ten, it will throw an error when I attempt to complete the order, and yells me to contact the store. I'm able to order on the website, but that doesn't even give me the text box to request toppings on kids sandwiches.

1 ★ I wish I could give it less than 1 star, but that's not an option. EVERY SINGLE TIME I attempt to use this app, I chose the store, choose pickup time, choose my food and add it to the cart, then when I click the button to get final total, it ALWAYS says sorry, your order could not be completed. So annoying. Uninstall this app if you want to avoid the aggravation. Points are useless if you can't use the app to use them.

1 ★ Fail. Tried to put in first order got to check out and ap just gets stuck in a loop at 8:30pm saying no more time slots available chise different day. But as soon as you press ok it just pops up again immediately. You can't back out you lost your order you can't do anything! The store is open till midnight, you gave me no other option liked delivery. Was forced to colse app. Live next door was going to be first time customers went to Jersey Mike's instead 2miles away instead with working app.

1 ★ Foods good but your Rewards app is terrible..many times I had Eatten there amd cashier forgets to credit Purchase, Sending me go online to receive credit Points, Well that website is Impossible to log in credit...Seems like a scam to me, If not corrected Ill go Somewhere that gives Reward Point like they Promised...Retired on fixed Income....

1 ★ The food is almost as bad as the app. Limited options. The only cold sub available is one tuna sub. When selecting a drink it doesn't give any options just a field to write something. And this is the slowest glitch infested app I have ever used.

1 ★ The app stopped working a long time ago. I will go through the process of customizing sandwiches and submit to get total to pay and an error message pops up, "We're sorry your order could not be completed. Please try again, if you're still having trouble you can complete your order by calling the store."

1 ★ Honestly, I can never get it to work. Every time I try to place an order it pops up saying the app is having problems. And every time I call their store, they mess my order up. So I guess I'll just order somewhere else.

2 ★ I had to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. The app worked good until they changed their cash register system about 4 months ago. Now my points don't add. I have complained & told the points are correct on the website but they are having problems fixing the app. I already downloaded the app update but still have point problems.

1 ★ Worst app. Cannot order anything on here then I get a message for double points and it crashes. I would like to earn double points. I go to checkout and get an error. It says we're sorry we are unable to process your request at this time.

1 ★ All I can say is that IT'S A DAMN GOOD THING YOU GUYS MAKE THE BEST SUB ON THE PLANET, because your App SUCKS! I've struggled with it for 3 years or so now and still have trouble nearly everytime I use it! Rewards don't work right, it's NOT intuitive enough and the user easily gets bumped out cancelling the order before it's finalized for just hitting the wrong button, VERY FRUSTRATING! If I were you guys, I'd start over from a clean sheet of code and build it correctly again from the ground up! This app is costing you business and customers!

1 ★ Doesn't work half the time, "we are sorry, something went wrong" doesn't load my Points and I can't order So it works from home wifi but not cellular data... I don't get it. The reorder function is broken, I just went to pick up my food and it took all the meat off the sandwiches, when I tried to add to the order it deleted everything in the cart because it forces you to select another time for pickup I guess... I can't be the only one having problems with this broken app

1 ★ Been try to stop the download of this app for 3 days now and it will not stop or cancel. Developer supposedly responded here but I see nothing and still screwed up to where I may have to flash and restart phone from factory settings. Beyond pissed. It is still locking up downloads in my app store 3/22.
