INTRUSION PROTECTION
The detectors instantly capture an intruder on your property, doors or windows opening, and glass breaking. As soon as a person enters a protected area, they will be captured by a detector from the MotionCam series, an Ajax camera, or a third-party camera. You and the security company will know what happened at the facility within just a few seconds.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE SMARTPHONE
Ajax cameras, powered by proprietary video streaming technology, offer an integrated and efficient surveillance solution. Synchronized with system events, they grant users access to video data and enable customizable scenario-based recordings.
The video wall provides real-time views across large areas or multiple sites without system overload.
ONE CLICK, AND HELP IS ON THE WAY
In case of an emergency, press the panic button on the app to immediately transmit the event and smartphone coordinates to the security company.
FIRE DETECTION
Fire detectors notify of smoke and temperature spikes and promptly alert about dangerous carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations, which have no color, smell, or taste. Configure programmable actions for ManualCallPoint to open electric locks, cut power to devices, and activate ventilation with a simple press.
FLOOD PREVENTION
LeaksProtect Jeweller notifies users of a pipe break, a washing machine leak, or an overflowing bathtub. WaterStop Jeweller automatically shuts off the water if LeaksProtect Jeweller or a third-party water leak detector is triggered. Control WaterStop Jeweller and check its status from anywhere in the world via the Ajax app. Create a scenario to shut off the water at a specific time or when arming the system.
AUTOMATION SCENARIOS
Change security modes according to a schedule, program outdoor lighting to turn on when strangers are detected on your property, or implement an anti-flood system. Manage gates, electric locks, lighting, heating, and electrical appliances. Activate ventilation, simulate home activity, or switch off potential ignition sources.
PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF RELIABILITY
The hub runs on OS Malevich, which is protected from failures, viruses, and cyberattacks. Thanks to the backup battery and communication channels, the system is resistant to power outages or the lack of Internet connectivity. The account is protected by session control and two-factor authentication. Ajax devices were tested for compliance with various requirements, rules, and regulations and have been rated as Grade 2 and Grade 3.

1 ★ You will definitely not acknowledge what i'm about to say as bugs, but they are... 1. If you have geofencing active and arm the system you will still receive a notification if you want to arm 2. When geofencing is active, when leaving the designated area you will receive a notification if you want to arm, but no option to arm from the notification...it just asks you 3. The app shows which magnetic contact is opened and let's you arm the system without a warning that you have contacts open....
1 ★ Definitely not user friendly Couldnt get it to connect to Lan Couldnt get it to connect to wifi Couldnt get it to connect to hotspot Couldnt connect devices, motion detect, Siren. Not impressed at all. All the fake promises on the yoh tube videos. Not a fun and pleasant experience at all. System is not advanced but behind.
4 ★ Very good overall, Still needs to be added to Android auto. Also I don't like that I have to swipe up to access my relay switch while driving to open my sliding gate.
4 ★ Good app but needs improvement! Overall app is ok, however most lacking feature is not the alarm itself but the fact that you can't reorder your devices in device list. Also for all the smarthome features (switches and plugs etc.) Please make a separate tab or custom list so we can have quick access to them and not have to scroll through long list of alarm devices to even find them. Ex. when I want to open my electric gate, I have to scroll through 40 alarm devices to get to the gate relay..
2 ★ Works adequately, provided you have excellent eyesight. Probably one of the worst visually-designed apps I have ever encountered. The Control screen uses symbols which are light grey on dark grey and you just have to guess which is which. The Notifications list has a light grey text on on off-white background; almost unreadable. If there is an alternative app then you would be advised to use it; but if you have an Ajax system, you're probably stuck with it!
2 ★ While it's a nice app, I've had now twice problems with my key fob. First time it wouldn't stop blinking, and they kindly replaced it. Now, wit the latest firmware upgrade it cannot arm, nor disarm, nor do any operation. All it does it show a red light no matter what you click. It's a shame but errors like that in a top notch (and expensive!) system really shouldn't happen. I'm hoping the problem is firmware related and not hardware related, otherwise I guess I'll have to ship it again and wait
5 ★ Great product, absolutely phenomenal support, and of course a solid app! The only catch is my short experience as my installation was quite recent, and maybe the price to some, but definitely worth the investment 😁 as for the app: absolutely jam packed full of features and easy to set up. Other users can be added and permissions changed accordingly (unless pending invite, at the time of this review, you will need to quickly switch their perms out when they register randomly down the line)
1 ★ The application is decent but the functionality is in very low level. I have two zones that I want to arm independently in night mode. I simply can't. So I have to disable radars by hand and arm the alarm in day mode in which I can handle each zone separately. Then, if I leave home I have to re-enable them!!! This is not only a time-consuming procedure but it is also a security issue because I have to remember to re-enable the radars. Please fix this.
2 ★ Very poor notification management system. No triaging of events. I don't want to know every time the alarm is activated and deactivated by members of my house. I need to know when it is triggered or malfunctioning. Worse still there is no difference in the level of notification so the barrage of events means it's easy to overlook the important ones! Please change this asap
3 ★ It works well enough, but at over 500mb, it seems bloated. Notification sounds: In (system) "settings" its not clear what Alarm, Main and Other notification channels are. (I also would have preferred these sound settings to have been accessible directly from within the app). I'd like a way to test things (e.g. "Panic") without notifying the monitoring company. I'd like an option to set which screen (tab) the app opens on, instead of it being "control", where its easy to mistakenly press "panic"
4 ★ Overall nice application filling most of my needs. There are only 2 issues with it from my point of view: 1) Ability to reorgonize buttons on virtual remote 2) Lack of WearOS adaptation
5 ★ The entire AJAX system is simply awesome. Having had to struggle with DSC alarm systems in my work environment, this system does it all without breaking a sweat. The app is easy to understand and super user-friendly. No more waiting for an alarm technician to fault-find the system or set up scenarios, all can be done in the comfort of my favourite armchair with a whiskey! App works great, integration of my home cctv cameras with the alarm was a breeze.
5 ★ The app and the system works great. There is a bug with the "Remind arm when leaving" geofence. It sends the warning even if the system is already armed
1 ★ A joke.. very unrealable notifications, battery optimization off, app locked in the recents, all notifications are of highest importance, 8Gb of ram, and this stupid app still not showing most of the notifications in time!! Not speaking about silly scenarios, how I can turn on smart plug when I turn on night mode when in house? Spoiler, there is no way, do it manually each time! Spent 700$ on unreliable alarm system!
3 ★ The alarm system is amazing but the app is not as good. The notifications sometimes does not work. A night mode (dark mode) for the app would be very useful as 99% of the time when you have a burglary it is at night and then you can not read a thing. A bit more features or scenarios for the relays would also be very useful.
