1 ★ I dont know why i cannot top up my Ais sim card , but yesterday i just top up , but now i cant . I have called costumer service but not solved the problem
1 ★ All around has great signal but only my house been bad af. Tbh I try everything to improve it. Untill I complained to the engineering. And this is a 3rd times it looks same ..
1 ★ English language support is very limited. It's like the AIS website. English headings only that take you to a dead link or Thai web page. "Aunjai" the customer service chat AI is a classic example. You are invited (in English) to use their AI to solve any issue. However the AI is 100% Thai only. English is not supported. If you are looking for excellent English language support via web and mobile app I suggest you take a look at True Move H. Finally, don't waste your time emailing the callcenter
1 ★ The previous version was okay already, and the new version is so much worse. I used to be able to switch between my 2 ais numbers (main post-paid number and prepaid sim2fly no.) then all of the sudden my main number disappears from my account and it only shows my sim2fly no.!! I cant pay my phone bill now. Terrible
1 ★ Useless app. Recent upgrade is always loading. I'm only using this to check my prepaid balance and now I can't even find that information.

2 ★ I cannot view my balance or expiry of my account balance from the Home screen page. I just see the message "No Internet Connection - Retry" I am overseas and not using my AIS SIM because no roaming is available in this country (Vietnam). However, I am connected to the internet!! Just not via AIS SIM.

1 ★ The previous version kept me stuck in a loop which I cannot login. So I decided to update. And surprise! Now it only shows white blank screen and nothing else. Good job ruining the app, AIS.

1 ★ Now you cannot see your balance money anymore and cannot select any pages while touching on the menu due to unchangable menu on the app
