5 ★ Good, but I am not satisfied with your care. Because I've earned some points and I need to buy some internet packs or minute packs by exchange 10 points I have earned but I couldn't found any package.This all said that points Packs are not available. I demand points packs.

1 ★ Worst app and worst airtel service, all the way today I did port from Vodafone to airtel and have retreat for this. This app is unable to register my no. It is by default showing 01, before entering my number, due to that the no is saying wrong and not getting registered I uninsulated the app and reinstalled it as the customer care said no use, it's again showing the 01 by default and the executive even don't have any answer or solution for this.

I just downloaded ua app! n I'm finding issue getting loged in.. I can't put my 10 digit number! I can only put 9 numbers.. coz something is wrong with the app o whatever! instead of (+91) other number has got stucked there I tried getting it back it's not at all happening..
