Post & Track Grievance: User can post grievance for selected categories(Ex: Airline, Airport) and track them also.
Check Flight Status: Check the live flight status of all current inbound and outbound flights.

Airport Information and Services: Check Weather information and services for selected Airport. (Ex: Delhi, Mumbai)

5 ★ My flight was cancelled by airline when I mailed them they denied any compensation for the same so I filed a complaint with airseva app and within 1 hour I got a call fron airline company and they were ready to provide compensation according to rules.
1 ★ Why is it asking permission to access my contact list??? No wonder it has been developed by (you know who I m talking about)... disgusting
4 ★ Good App to place complaints and get resolved. Would like to see the app taking suggestions for airport/airlines for service improvements similar to grievance.
1 ★ WANT TO KNOW THE TRUE FACE OF AIR SEWA, READ BELOW. EVERYONE SHUD READ, THOUGH A BIT LONG, YOU WILL KNOW THE REALITY. IAM Not satisfied, not a single percent. I raised a complaint stating that Indigo Airlines didn't allow boarding pass to my brother as he was late by 1 min, not due to his mistake. The Person at Airsewa called me and started arguing stating, no matter what, if your brother cannot reach on time, he will not be given a boarding pass. I asked him what if my brother was number 3 in the queue and was on time, will he be given a boarding pass or not. The peraon at Airsewa said, No matter what, he cannot be given a boarding pass. I said, my brothers daughter was at the death bed and wud have died if not taken to the hospital, Even on Humatarian grounds he will not be given a boarding pass? He said, No matter what. I told him in that case all passengers shud break the queue and reach the counters? He said, Yes.. If need be. This is the True Face of AirSewa. This Sewa is for the Airlines, not for the Citizens. So stop downloading this waste app. I have written to the Aviation Ministry via twitter and have got a response. There is nothing more suitable than twitter or Facebook to escalate a issue, all these are waste apps with No Practical people sitting at the other END.
1 ★ Why does it need to access contacts. ? Also I got a response on complain which asked for additional info, but there is no option to reply back on that.
1 ★ Just lodge your griviences and forget about them, most likely these apps are like government offices ...no one works on it . Have lodge a complaint about a month earlier still it shows pending status, I ever wonder if anyone is there to work on them or for just name sake they have included complaint section.
