1 ★ Suruh update tapi xleh update. Sibodo buat app.. There is no where else to express this frustration, so I am putting it here: 1. I captured video of the problem and tried to send email but failed - perkhidmatan email ditamatkan 1 Jul 2021. 2. I tried using website, there is no General Complaint section. Fine, I just picked some random category. 3. Unable to upload the video of #1 as file format not supported. ???? What horrible product quality & support service we are seeing here?
4 ★ So far this App is a great help to monitor water disruption & checking your monthly water bill. It even notifies you of any water disruption in your area. Only problem with this App is something hangs or unable to connect. I feel that more need to be done to this App by Air Selangor & it than can be a great App.
1 ★ The 1st July update to remove to view the bill online! And force user to register to receive only bill/invoice via online. Bad update. I'm not going to opt for this option. And now I can't view my water bill timely. Pls accept the fact that the customers won't pay until they see the physical bill which will be 1 month later. Its bad for working capital management!
3 ★ Today I discover that there is a leak in the water meter. Thought it will be convenient to report thru this app. But this app is driving me crazy. Keep asking me to update. There is no update button in google playstore but open. What a waste of time!
1 ★ What is happening. I launch the app and was asked to update. When I go to Google Play Store asked my to open, when open app ask me to update. This is going on in a loop. Please rectify this!!!!! 😠😡 Post edit: After trying several times the Update button miraculously appear in Google Play Store.
4 ★ Recently i had my meter locked without warning didn't get latter from air Selangor until i settled the bill at kajang office n paid RM.300.40. maybe a long outstanding the wster was restored by 9 pm the same day thak u very much, but i received a small print receipt of the payment, it didn't show from which month to which month n the meter readings because after this payment i got a bill of 60 plus. Kindly give me the 300.40 breakdown meter readings with the latest reading n month breakdown. Tq.
3 ★ Previously was ok, but just try to open the apps, it prompts a message to ask user update. While being redirected to playstore, nothing to update🤦♀️ And this scenario keep on looping. Pls fix, TQ!
1 ★ The apps requested to update the version. But no update button at playstore. And the apps keep prompt the message to update the apps. Faced this issue a few days already. When it can be fix ?
1 ★ I'm was trying to login for so many times. Didn't receive verification sms. My website experiance with AIR SELANGOR was not so good as well - there is no clear instruction or guidance.

User Ban Leong reported on 21-June that apps was forced to update, but when click Update..will redirect to PlayStore...but no update in PlayStore..only has Uninstall/Open button. If we clicked Open..apps will force to click Update > Redirect again to Playstore...same sequence happens (without able to Open apps to see water bills, usage etc) If clicked Uninstall..and Re-install, same result. Hey Developers, please fix the apps..it has been more than a week!!!!
1 ★ Been using this app for a while and it has been good. But the recent update is not letting me use the app. I have updated the app but it won't let me use. Constantly asking me to update when there is nothing more to update.
1 ★ Can't update, don't know what is this database server error nonsense...send you to Google play store to update but no update available. Uninstalled, installed, still same problem. Takpe la...you don't want us to pay water bill....
2 ★ After pressing the update button, I open the App and it keeps asking me to update which I can't coz no Update button to click anymore. Tried few times and was stuck in a loop. Please fix it.
1 ★ The app prompted me to do major update. Then I click on the only button. After that update was done, but whenever back to the app, it prompts me update again. The app has became useless
1 ★ Horrible apps. Keep asking to fill up the e-billing.. And if we dont tick the bill receive thru whatsaap or email, we cannot register.. Cannot see our current bill.. Super rubbish!!
