4 ★ Keeps crashing. Cannot book a ticket to LA. -. 01.10.2019 Then Was able to book the flight through their phone service. Very professional and efficient. Now new version of the app works better. 03.02.2021
1 ★ The option for sending my tickets to email doesn't even work and the app keeps crashing and results into errors with no clear messages.
1 ★ Poor Service. Fully Disappointed. Staff also behaves like they allowed us on bord free of cost. Food on bord is so smally and bad. Bad experience with Air France.

The customer service he gave me his reference 10604 , he was so rude and he was not professional at all . At the end I did not reset my password and I am not logged in the app

1 ★ Very bad experience with Air France. I booked a ticket from India to Chile and rescheduled it to a different date. I needed proper documentation to get the ticket price reimbursed from my employer. But the rescheduled ticket only mentions the amount I paid during rescheduling and not the original price! The way that they've given it doesn't make any sense. When I contact the customer care explaining the issue, they send me a mail that shows only about two-thirds the amount that paid!
5 ★ Hi Team I appreciate your service in mobile application and market and refund policy is the best in industry I recieved the refund in a 3 to 4 days Excellent management. A small suggestion is to provide the best concession for all the international students travelling with airlines might increase more growth and it also helpful to students. I strongly suggest the air france for all the people. Trust me It's too excellent.
1 ★ It doesn't work on my android Asus phone! I tried several times to set up an account with all details but it doesn't work! Too many errors/app doesn't seems to work as it should. It doesn't allowed to properly fill the required fields...they are either covered by the app msg itself or the input doesn't work!
2 ★ Well designed UI, features just don't work. If all you want is a quick reference for ticket numbers, this is great. Otherwise, stick to paper copies. The passport scanner is useless and cannot be edited after an (incorrect) scan, and changes are rarely saved to any field once made. Good luck to anyone who has to use this.
4 ★ Reliable Airline with good customer care in place.
1 ★ This app is beyond horrible. it is April now, the last sync happened in February. it still asks me to check in for a flight i took in February. For any action it respond with "Something went wrong. Try again later". i mean, are you even trying Airfrance? I can't see the status of my miles account, i can't check in on flights, nothing... what makes it worse, the desktop site never works... I have never managed to log into my account on any computer. after the captchas, the log in window freezes.
1 ★ There were multiple problems with the app, starting from the difficulty in selecting the date for the issue and expiry when identifying a new passport. While booking a ticket, there is no 'back' option, so every time you go into a section(say for choosing a seat) and decide against it, you have to exit the trip and start all over. And finally, the worst part, the flight I selected was supposedly costing me 6,000 miles, but it upgraded me to business class without telling me and cost me 40,000.
