App permissions
Senville V5.8.1125 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to connect to paired bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to discover and pair bluetooth devices.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows mounting and unmounting file systems for removable storage.

4 ★ Works fine for me on Android. A little cumbersome setting it up and sometimes it doesnt log in automatically but other than that it works great. Have to make sure location services is on and permissions are granted and it will pair up just fine. Only wish I have is for it to display indoor and outdoor temps with the unit turned off. The addition of outdoor temp reading in the last update is great though
1 ★ this app isn't desperate need of overhaul, this thing works when it wants to. What's the point of having an app if you can't access it when you're out of the house. It works 1/3. And that's only if you continue to play with it
2 ★ As others have mentioned the app goes down often and logs you out no longer accepting the password, you cannot reach anybody and I haven't received calls back when leaving messaged about this issue
3 ★ Good starting point for the application. Issues with app and instructions: 1) provide clear instructions to pair device via local wifi and ensure cellular data is disabled. 2) Ensure all AC functions turned ON are visible on the app control panel screen. 3) There is no ECO mode in the app [AC has it] 4) make app work on 10" Tablets like HUIWEI. 5) provide temp readings when unit is powered off if possible. 6) Scheduling missing Swing, turbo on/off, last line cuts off and no scrolling down.
1 ★ The App never sends the email to validate the account, can't even login to try and connect. Tried 2 different emails and junk folder. Waste of money
1 ★ Any chance this could be set up so it doesn't freaking require log in every damn time? It's a heat pump, not nuclear launch codes.
1 ★ Very poor programming! Not reliable! A 2nd grader could have copied out any of the other programs and paid for the use. The IT people who run this are hacks, and should be retrained or fired. Totally stupid, the way Senville is treating their customers by letting this app continue in its present state. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy! Thanks for nothing...😤
1 ★ I can't even get to a stage to link my phone because it won't send me an email. Seriously, I've tried 2 different email addresses and checked my junk mail.
1 ★ Logged me out, now cannot log back in. Useless app if I can't log in!
3 ★ Done after many attempting ,thank for last review to turn off cellular data.1st put airplane mode and turn only wifi, give all permission for this application and it's star to to work.
1 ★ App won't even complete the setup process. Just sits saying connecting to family wifi.
1 ★ Like many others, the connection fails at the end of the second step. The app is unusable. Will update the review if this ever gets addressed.
3 ★ I had zero issues setting up all 4 of my heat pump indoor units. All the functions work and it's awesome to be able to control everything from your phone even when you're away home. However, there are a few things the app can improve that would get it the remaining two stars: 1.) Let us set daily schedules for temperature. Example: Weekdays 6am-3pm set to 67 while I'm at work. 2.) Let us name each unit whatever we want instead of the preloaded options. 3.) Get Alexa and IFTTT compatible!!!
3 ★ Ok it's Not an easy set up! I have networked 300 computer's easier then trying to set this up. THE ONLY WAY TO SET THIS UP IS TO GO INTO THE APPS PERMISSIONS AND THEN GIVE IT PERMISSION TO USE EVERYTHING! After your all hooked up then you can try to take some permissions away and see if it still works. It took my two days to figure out that it needed permission to one more thing. I'm really hoping that they do an UPDATE SOON! So far it's working great! I'll post more next week.
1 ★ So its bad, very bad. I installed two devices in living room and bedroom. After a month living room gave me "device is offline' through the application. I could not operate heat pump remotely however bedroom was working well. After about a week a lost my account and now i cant log in to my app to operate heat pumps and see the temperature at home because i am out of home for two months. App just sends me "user doesn`t exist" message and i cant do anything. But i can log in to my account on their website via my laptop. Unbelievable. Did not expect that quality :(
