BOOK YOUR WAY
Book your next trip using cash, or by redeeming your Aeroplan points. You can now also book with a combination of Points + Cash, or even pay 100% of your fare using points, including taxes, fees, and charges.
TIMING IS EVERYTHING
By presenting timely updates on your home screen, you'll always be up to date. Action cards prompt you when it's time to check-in, show your upcoming flight status, and even offers your flight's menu when it's almost time to eat on flights offering meal service.
NOW BOARDING
As your flight approaches, your boarding pass will appear throughout the app for quick access. Your boarding passes are saved for offline use in the app.

• Calendar: access to your calendar is used to sync flights from your upcoming bookings to your device's calendar.
• Notifications: push notifications are used to send you service messages related to your upcoming travel.
• Camera: add images to the feedback you send to Air Canada.
• Your device and app information (phone model, language, system and app version) is attached to comments you send when an issue is reported via the app.

4 ★ I would like to see any Air Canada credit and it's expiry displayed somewhere in the app. My American Airlines app has that and I find it useful to know how much and when it has to be used by.
5 ★ Latest version of the app (v 5.0.1, 2019-11-15) force closes immediately after opening app. App is currently unusable. Using a Pixel 2XL on Android 10. Please fix the app.
1 ★ Can't add credit card..get this error........ We are sorry for your trouble An error occurred that we didn't expect Retrieve profile We've been automatically notified, and hope to address this issue shortly
2 ★ It keeps saying I need to update and when I click to update/download it keeps going back to the app and the error repeats itself!!
3 ★ Great app. However how about in the next update we have the ability to import the number into Google Pay to save like this have in Apple Pay and iPhone
1 ★ Terrible customer service. AC issued a refund to a gift card that was entirely used over 1.5 years ago which I obviously no longer have, AC claimed it was my responsibility to have kept a gift card with a value of zero for the last year and a half and won't provide the details of it or re-issue the refund to a new gift card number. Customer service like a robot just kept repeating it was my problem and they couldn't help. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? Fly WestJet is all I can say.
1 ★ It says download the new updates. Once selected it gives me 2 options uninstall and open. An infinite loop.
1 ★ When I'm in the app it keeps telling me to update to the new version. But when I get to the app store, it doesn't have an option to update the app. Terrible experience.

1 ★ I have no other option ...most of time I have to come from air canada only..three years back...I was coming from India ...when I did not find the place for my beg ...one flight attendant shown me the place by finger...I was not able to lock or shut the uppercase..when I requested flight attendandant to help, he told me I am not your servant ....I told him that you are here to help me ...so well built flight attendant replied me to fix that problem by myself only....worst experience up till now
