1 ★ Android App: ghost calls and blocking other calling services. While the service is great and the UI works fine, it doesn't do what it's supposed to: ring the phone when someone is calling. Sometimes it just doesn't ring, sometimes it rings with a call from the past, and worst: sometimes it prevents me from placing calls via WhatsApp/phone
1 ★ Never works. Starts ringing once when I make myself available and then stops ringing for the rest of my shift even though it still show I'm available and I can see that Calls are coming through. The app just doesn't allow the call to come through to me but when I refresh I see one came through although it never rings or shows an incoming call. Very frustrating
1 ★ Update: Bluetooth was working for about 2 months, but after the recent update it just stopped working randomly again. This is really frustrating. While the developer remains steadfast that they don't want people using Bluetooth, the reason I use the mobile app is for when I'm away from my desk and my cellphone only supports Bluetooth. There's a reason this app has so many poor reviews. If the developer wants to improve its rating, they should reconsider their stance on Bluetooth headsets.
1 ★ I think this was the battery culprit... I've uninstalled and my phone batt lasted a lot longer. Edit: confirmed after reinstall (battery usage a staggering 26%) and via reading other reviews. Aircall dev/product team, even if you are in an iOS social bubble, remember Android global market share is roughly 70%. Will try the app again in a couple of months and reevaluate review.
1 ★ I have to use this for work and I dislike it a lot. I can't change my status to available most of the time, need to uninstall and try again. Sometimes it just stops working. I have to check constantly if it's on or not. The consequence is missed calls. I don't recommend using this app.
1 ★ Liars and cheats! Automatically renew your subscription without telling me and locking me into another 12 months of a service that is below par. Always cuts out, always fails during calls rubbish don't waste your time!
1 ★ so many issues! and this is the app my company uses for work other wise I would not use it , and now is not opening on my phone , what is wrong with your software, it recogninez my credentials on the computer but not the phone?
4 ★ It works great on my PC but lags on my android phone. That's why 4 stars. Please improve it. Then it's worth perfect 5 stars.
4 ★ Overall experience on phone and pc is okay, reinstall the app if you have an issue with starting it the first time you download it. Happened for me. Maybe my only problem is aesthetics, esp on the hold button, it doesn't really light up visibly when pressed, and I'm colorblind, which worsens the issue. However the team is quite proactive, noticing tendencies or issues they're always happy to reach out and see if they can help somehow. Keep it up, thanks.
3 ★ I use Aircall to make and receive calls from my customers all around the world. Like others have said, there are occasions the app doesn't sync with desktop. For the most part, it's solid. Better with a reliable Internet connection. Would love it to have more integrations with CRMs like Gainsight to make logging calls easier. But it does the job.
1 ★ This service is just all around awful. Constant problems, and no customer service that you can reach. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
1 ★ Do not use this software. We are experiencing bugs every few months that leaves customers unable to reach us (or very hard, with calls being redirected to nothing). If contact, they mention it is a bug and are working on it. Very often you don't hear back, and it can last weeks before it is solved.
1 ★ Aircall forcing me to have its icon in my notifications bar 247 is so extremely annoying. while I'm not at work its there, saying I'm unavailable. Yes, I am. Because I am not at work. Having to turn off notification permissions and turn them back on every single day is so goddamn annoying. why it needed a constant notification on your notification bar, instead of the usual pop up when a call comes through like before is beyond me. So incredibly annoying
1 ★ The app is full of glitches. It puts my phone in call mode randomly so I get no notifications sound from any other app as it thinks I'm in call, and my media plays through the call speaker not the media one. As soon as I connect to my car Bluetooth it says I'm in call when I'm not, and the latest one is when it rings its like the person is ringing and hanging up and immediately redialling I can't answer the call as it disconnect immediately.
1 ★ Useless and unreliable with incompetent support service. It requires very high speed Internet and even then it randomly fails: calls suddenly get finished, quality is unpredictable and it becomes impossible to click on a non phone number on your browser without the app trying to call it. You have better chances of communicating with sign language
