1 ★ Is there any update on this? It's been a month and the error/problem still showing (Not Authorized).
1 ★ Wanted to see the items but all says Not Authorized. Not even able to view My Rewards. What if already expired? (not fair) Also not sure how to view points expiring date. 😔
1 ★ Worse Apps for Reward Program!!! 1. Always unauthorized you from being claim rewards. 2. Nothing much u can claim from the rewards. If u not stay in KL, basically u got nothing much to claim. 3. Watching your points expiry and not able to do anything.
1 ★ Very poor app. Need to reset password a few times, and even then logins are problematic... I can never get past the loading screen. So how do I utiloze my 100k + BIG points? Sort it out AirAsia.

1 ★ I received an email form Big reward that my points is expiring and I'm supposed to redeem it before i expired. Click in to the website from the email like but there is no way to redeem there. Downloaded the app but couldnt even load. So how am I supposed to redeem it? Seriously...
1 ★ Page show unauthorised for all activities, and in page no way can allow us to contact to customers service for adddress this issue.
1 ★ This is not the level of competence a company like you should exhibit. I have my points expiring and I can't claim anything because it says unauthorised and forever loading. Lousy or perhaps trynna steal again from us. Shame!
