2 ★ Completely agree with this review so copied it: "Terrible experience. Airline requires you to use it to check in online, but it doesn't work. An hour in and I am unable to view my boarding pass. I will definitely think twice when I book my next flight. If you only could check in via the website then you'd have a choice if something doesn't work. But forcing users to an app, and then the app doesn't work is probably as bad as it gets in terms of a customer experience."
1 ★ I am unable to book a flight without an account, and I'm unable to create an account because they are failing to send me the verification code for my phone number (I tried on the website and on the app). Now I am locked out from too many verification code requests, and the only customer service person I can reach is the bot. None of the bot's prompts are for account issues... amazing.
1 ★ What a disaster! If you want to waste your time trying to book a flight the dates are never correct when you change them to the correct date the prices go up hrrr... They used to use this app a lot but last time had to book with priceline. Plus they wouldn't redeem my air miles!!! I tried the app again and same issues hrrr
2 ★ Booking a flight works fine, but in the several months that I've been using the app 1) I have NEVER been able to check in for the flight from the app (it doesn't work!), and 2) I ALWAYS have to change my phone number country code, my emergency contact's country code, AND my passport's issuing country because for some reason it stored it as Malaysia phone number and passport even though I've changed it in the settings more than once.
1 ★ Don't use Air Asia in Philippines unless you're ok with losing money bc they don't have a contact # to help when need to change a flight. And by time you select every option to find a number, it may be too late & you will lose your money & have to buy a new ticket. Things don't always work perfect on apps/ websites & not having a customer service phone # to help a guest who's paid is unacceptable (only a long distance # in a few other countries that no one answers at any time). Won't use again.
1 ★ Bug in app My phone notified me that there's a bug in the app. Had to uninstall it so that my phone would work again. I signed up for the free flights offer and since then, the phone has been acting up. It's almost as if I can't use the website or app to buy my free flights after subscribing. This needs to be fixed (red flag alert!!!!). Also, your airasia needs to do a better job at narrowing down the search the free flights can be used on. It doesn't seem to have any options of free flights😕
1 ★ It is budget airline for a reason. It is an unfair airlines with no REAL customer support only AVA and also the live workers repeat the same thing. You might save a small amount of money but when you need to cancel or change a flight. You are out of luck. NO REFUND or credit . Once you pay that's it. I booked a flight two months in advance but moved away from that region. They offer nothing but an 'eat it smile'. People flying budget are hoping to save and avoid loss. Avoid This Airline.
1 ★ I'm never able to book flights using the app. Yes its updated to the latest version. The app takes too long to load. Even after I get through all the information input and go to pay it will say fare "prices have changed" or load forever only to return me back to the previous page where I repeatedly write again all the information and credit card info. Furthermore, I'm already signed in on the app but then I still have to input my ID number to receive points on my purchases. Just frustrating!

1 ★ App sucks. Always come out with error. Having issues redeeming points on airasia rides. Never works. Some more if u go to points section in main page, available points to redeem options are only flights, merchandises, items...wheres the airasia ride options to redeem? Such a nuisance if theres only 1 way to redeem points. If it works, then its ok lah. But if it doesnt work, at least have 2-3 alternative methods/ways of redeeming for customers to work away around the buggy app you have sir.
1 ★ not user friendly. My payment did not want to go through then everything hangs and you start from scratch. I did get a flight reference no but payment pending. Then the app can't be used. Three days it happened. Went to airport AirAsia desk. They could not help but did offer support and logged a ticket. I received an email with reference no. I did book and pay now but had to pay more due to late booking. Is this acceptable from any company that offers a service?
1 ★ Had a very bad experience booking a hotel stay at Tune Klia2 using this app. The confirmation email was totally confusing, deceiving me into believing I booked an overnight stay when it was for a few hours. This set me back for a few hundred ringgit. If booking a hotel is what I want, this app will be my last resort, only if others are all offline.
1 ★ cannot fill in profile,thus cannot use the app. It asks me to fill in, and I did. However, when I try to put my phone number, once pressed only one number, the keypad is gone, and I couldn't select the filed and put the rest. couldn't save the profile. So couldn't explore anything at all.
1 ★ Customer support doesn't work at all as the bot doesn't allow you to speak with live agent and keep giving you faq and forum links. App is super laggy and it keeps failing to add my cards inside as a payment method. The app wouldn't update the driver location too after it paired you up with the driver so you wouldn't know if the driver is coming since the driver location will still be the same until pick up.
1 ★ If this is the super app - I hate to think what the normal app is like. Tried changing a booking and purchasing add-ons several times in different countries. The app fails to open the relevant window at all ( constant spinning - as if something is going to happen) - useless.
