The regions can be found via maps or corresponding search terms.
All 4000s and the highest peaks in each region are described in detail, including ascent routes, starting points and huts. The history of first ascents and special records are also recorded.
Direct links point to hundreds of tours and, if available, descriptions in other languages such as E, F, I, Sp, Ndl, Ru, Ar, Ch, Jap, Kor, Hin.
