“Well It Go” will help you become healthy if you follow it little by little every day for 12 weeks.
If you follow the care services provided by Well It Go, it will help you form healthy lifestyle habits.

1. Well It Go’s care program
Well It Go recommends a care coaching program for each user to manage risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases in a healthy manner. To help users follow the program, we send out various notifications (push messages) every week. Additionally, you can check customized care content including health information on disease/nutrition/exercise once a week through the Gun Manager chatbot that provides ‘care messages’!

2. Forming healthy habits (weekly mission)
Well It Go provides four weekly missions to help users form healthy habits.
1) Achieve the daily goal of 7,500 steps at least 5 days a week
2) Achieve entering dietary records at least once a day for at least 5 days a week
3) Enter your weight measurement once a week
4) Enter waist circumference measurement once a week

3. Daily special mission challenge!
Well It Go delivers fun special missions every day, providing users with a variety of health information and encouraging practice.

4. Healthy AI counseling chatbot
Well It Go provides health information about metabolic syndrome-related diseases (hypertension/diabetes/dyslipidemia/obesity) that you are curious about anytime, anywhere (24/7) through the health AI consultation chatbot.

5. Life log and health level management
Manage the missions and health metrics provided by Well It Go by recording them! Simple records and intuitive design make health management easy.

6. Health notice
This is a health notice bulletin board where you can check various events and health-related content provided by Well It Go. Check out the events you can participate in while using the service so you don't miss your chance to win, and check out useful health information whenever you need it!

7. We obtain and use the user's step count, calories burned, and activity distance data through Google Fit.

8. Cerebral and cardiovascular risk and age analysis
Based on the health information you registered, we will analyze your cerebral and cardiovascular risk and age.
