2 ★ It's very annoying when the app keeps asking to log in every time the app re-opens. The "stay connected" sign-in option only remembers the account number. Also trying to add the card to Google Pay gets it stuck in the loading animation.
1 ★ havent been able to get this app to open in a week or 2. instantly crashs after trying to sign in. on an s9+ running latest software. when it did run it would make me re sign in evertime i hit the back button. edit: 3 months later and now on an s20 ultra and app still crashes the instant i try to sign in.
1 ★ Everytime you close the app, you have to log in and have it send a verification code to your email. Extremely frustrating when all you want to do is quickly scan your card. Didn't bother looking at the rest of the features in the app.
1 ★ Everytime I go to log in I need a verification code....so i then have to go check my email, type in the code to finally get in. It just won't let you put in your password. Very annoying when I just want to bring up my card to scan.
3 ★ Shows phantom award availability. No way verify unless you transfer points to mile and try to book. Once pints are transferred you're stuck scrambling trying to find suitable availability to spend the points on.
1 ★ Every time I want to use it cant get to my card or wanrs me to sign in put my password in and wont let me in so change password go to use it again guess what wont let me in. So in my opinion who evet designed your app did a poor job very un happy.
1 ★ Terrible app! The search and select functions for viewing merchandise do not load. Literally just opened it for the first and last time.
1 ★ Even after updating password and security measures the next time I tried to log in it requested a new password. Waste of time.
1 ★ I can't open this app on my Note 9 I've been trying for a week
1 ★ App is aweful, just the website but worse as it doesn't remember passwords and login screen looses text when it's resized. Aweful. 0 stars. Should not exist. Use the website in a proper browser.
3 ★ Had to phone Aeroplan to get information on how to reset password. Buried under Get help choice off of main dropdown menu, on the bottom. Would not accept original password until reset.
4 ★ pretty good overall but there are certain fields you are not aware you need to fill so you have to play a guessing game with the app.
1 ★ Since June 4th update, it fails to authenticate authorization code. Please fix this issue since I can't book via your app!
1 ★ Keeps crashing!!! Used to work amazingly, now I can't even login. Please fix these bugs!
1 ★ Poor, site does not indicate steps that need to be completed. Why an Easter egg hunt?
