The AIIMS app is a premium healthcare app that is available for free to anyone wishing to make appointments with doctors at AIIMS. This health app allows you to find a doctor/department where you want o consult. You can book a doctor’s appointment directly from the app, whether it is a new appointment or a follow-up appointment. Through this app, you can make appointment with a doctor for a physical visit, and also for video consultation!
Upload your medical reports directly into the app, and share with specific doctors. This way all your health reports can be in one place in the app. Upload reports at the time of taking a video appointment so the doctor can see them before the consultation. If you have got lab tests done at AIIMS, get the reports into this app and have a complete record of all your test reports.

1 ★ I had a scar on my forehead and after visiting aiims its has become more deeper and big than before. The students who are for training they do the treatment instead of senior doctors. I seriously had a veryyyy pathetic experience and suffering a lot bcz of aiims. And its been 1 year to thiss treatment. Never ever come to aiims .. worthless doctors without any knowledge.
1 ★ it doesn't work most of time. i tried to login with my uhid but it shows error continuesly and also not sign up for new uhid i booked 2 months before an appointment in gastronomic department and paid the fee also but when i visit AIIMS on my booking date they told me the refer documents needed, can't visit directly. This app booked my appointment without any this type of message because of it my time and money both wasted. Worst app ever
1 ★ Unable to login with my UHID now. I had logged in a few days back successfully and tried to book an appointment. Then it said "one or more error occured" in the book appointment page. Today logged off hoping that this would resolve. Now unable to login the app with the UHID. "One or more error occured" error showing in the login page itself. Please fix it asap.
2 ★ Hi Team, Check your app again & the bugs are - 1. Book Appointment- Not able to book appointment from the app since last 1-2 month & It shows "We are having some technical difficulties.Please try after some time." 2. Lab Report - Lab reports are not getting updated in this section & if you want to check you can compare online lab report portal with your app lab report of any patient & patient info you can pick the same from your Database & if not then i will provide you my mother UHID.
2 ★ The app was working well. But from the last two months i am facing a problem that when ever i try to login it shows a message that there is some technical problem and the app couldn't be opened right now. Due to this i am not able to take an online appointment. Please correct it.
2 ★ This app needs alot of updation. 1. Support function never works. Always shows buffering. 2. Live help number is invalid. 3. Can't see the Lab reports. I have to go to the website to see it. 4. Incomplete details of the doctors. Many doctors not even in database. 5. Oye help will not even bother to respond to the queries
1 ★ hi. your appreciation is very easy and supportive in booking appointments. however, from few days when i click on 'Appointment' to see the upcoming appointment it doesn't show anything and a message displays "Ome or more error occurred". kindly solve this problem. thanks
3 ★ Yes this aap is not bad, but actually I didn't get any practical use of this app except that you can see your appointments and book new one. But a major part of this app, which is viewing your lab reports, is actually not showing any reports. Profile management is also read-only. So it's my humble request, please work on practical scenario. Please don't spoil AIIMS's reputation by adding this kind of useless app in its profile.
1 ★ Lost my previous data after update & its not working. I have uninstalled the app & installed again but unable to sign in. This update make this app useless. I hope you will solve this issue immediately.
2 ★ i have two complaints. first unable to login my uhid and second staff behavior is too much bad like security and peon. their talk to behavior is so rude. in the comparison dr are gud. please tell ur security guards how to treat the people.
1 ★ Bad. It directs you to the online portal only. Nothing new to use. Can easily acess via google den y use this app. Moreover UHID if not available den it dsnt accept UID. Bad for online apointment
2 ★ Very pathitc needs lot more features to be added. For an older version. Nothing useful. Even could not able to get OPD tickets. Wastage of public money totally. Unprofessional a developer

1 ★ From last 2 months i am trying to get help on all the specified contact number for support but not able get in touch anybody. All the contact numbers are wrong as given at website. Unfortunately i had to change my mobile number and now i am not able to update my new mobile number. I strongly need to take an appointment but due to no communication on phone call and any feature to update mobile number in mobile app, I am not able to do anything. Please suggest me how can i update my mobile number and get the appointment.
1 ★ Not able to login. Encountering message ( one or more error ). This app need more work to be done like 1. we can't see reports. 2. we can't take follow up from app. Kindly see to at least login issue asap.
