App permissions
Total Field Mobile (TFM) 3.86 APK requires following permissions:
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to expand or collapse the status bar.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

3 ★ Nice features but support is lacking. Can't track closed tickets or job history. Correcting synced tickets or update unit/job information can't be done from the field. synching can take an excessively long time. Data entry won't automatically capitalize the first word. Can be frustrating. 12/29/16 same complaints. They refuse to customize resolve code for our use. Can't track completed job tickets or time. Office has to review/modify every ticket.

2 ★ updated Oct 2018 we were not told and started to have issues. Resolution won't appear only photos. seems like battery life doesn't last. it used to work fine until they did updates.
1 ★ Good idea, horibal execution. Always issues. Always told uninstall and re install to fix. With the issue always returning across 25 phones in the company. We have been dealing with these issues for over 10 months. If we hadn't sunken so much money into this garbage we would have switch to others already but our patients has worm out. Starting to look for alternatives. Developer causing issues to force cloud storage possibly ?
