Description
Application features:
* Scan QR code on the equipment to uniquely identify item
* Select from the list of inspection forms which are relevant to the scanned equipment
* Questions in the forms can be separated into categories
* Multiple input types are possible: selection, free text entry, yes or no answers
* Take photos within the application and add them to the inspection
* GPS mapping on inspection location
Application is an addition to a web based interface which allows you to manage assets, generate and print qr codes, review inspection results, and more. Please, contact bookerjosh@gmail.com to discuss implementation of this system for your business.
