Description
OnTime is specially designed to cut out hours of admin. The App puts all your management tools in one place – at your fingertips. Free to use, the application can be used by both you, and your team. So while you can do a whole range of tasks, from creating rotas to finding cover, your staff can be using the same app check shifts, swap shifts and request holiday.
1. Create a rota
Say goodbye to spreadsheets and scruffy bits of paper for good. Create, share and update
2. Clocking in/ out
Keep track of your team wherever you are. See at a glance who’s clocked in, and who hasn’t.
3. Team management
Keep your finger firmly on the pulse. Monitor your team’s working hours, share shifts fairly between staff and keep a check of holidays and absences with just one click.
4. Manage requests
Make light work of staff requests. Receive and approve time off requests in seconds. Be notified of sickness, ad log it instantly.
5. Find cover
Take the hassle out of finding cover. OnTime will suggest suitable cover options, and once approved, the app will update the Rota accordingly.
6. Approve hours
Cut down on admin. Your team’s working hours will be summarized and sent to you for approval so that you can accept, reject, edit and track all hours worked in just a few clicks.
7. Save hours
With loads of tools in one place, all working simultaneously, you’ll cut down on lots of wasted time.

App permissions
OnTime - Team management 1.7.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.

5 ★ It's awesome app. who ever had this idea you're amazing. As a manager, my restaurant staff are enjoying using this app and I was notified with quick response of my staff when swaping their shifts or taking sick and additional to this checkin and checkout of the staff to start and end their shift. I have seen this +ve points in the app: - No emails required by the staff to let me know everything related to shift. - They can swap with anyone at any time and its better not loosing their shifts and not requesting to finish their shifts when required. - Myself and they will have clear update of time they worked in total of week or month. - Easy to use and easy to handle everything about staff as my staff are 22 with me in total. - 100% Stable of the app - Amazed with quick notifications and quick replies of the actions taken by staff in the app or website. - As using the app I can say that not only restaurant's but any type of organisations can use this app to get rid of emails or worries about no staff available on required time. - Most advantage is, there is a website also to use which helps in certain circumstances. This is the 3rd app I'm using for my staff and restaurant and I decided finally to stick with this app.
