1 ★ What a bad experience. Signed up to test 14day trial version. Confirmed mail, everything went well, until I had to sign in and provide a security key from an emergency kit? It was supposed to be a PDF that would download, somehow I never received it. Thought it might be a technical issue, so unsubscribed in app store. Opened the app again and it forced another subscription which I did. Just to face the same issue... This time without even getting a refund even though it's absolutely unusable
4 ★ Great app. So much more responsive than the LastPass one. Always shows up on apps and website. Love it. Only con is the slider in the password generator. It seems to follow some exponential law. It goes to 100 (🤔) and the 20 characters mark is at about 10% of the slider range, which makes it a pain to choose numbers lower than about 20.
1 ★ I downloaded the app and gave my info. I then tried to log in, but the app requires a code. It says the code will be emailed to me. It never came. So, I uninstalled the app, went to the website and signed up there and followed the link to re-install the app. Now, when I get to the sign in I fill in the required info and get a "can't connect to server". This has been going on for a number of hours now. Im about to cancel my subscription and remove the app once more.
2 ★ Does not work very well. Often doesn't offer to enter passwords, often doesn't save log-in info. I have buyers remorse after using this for a couple months. It just doesn't work well on Android or desktop or Chrome. I wanted to like it but it feels like it's still under construction..
2 ★ Not user friendly so I went with Keeper password manager (yellow, round icon) and thought it was user-friendly and had so many other pluses that I paid the $34.99 + 9.99 for 10 GB storage, rounding it out $45 or so. I'm putting that out there for those who might want a high-end password manager that is more user friendly than this one and gets a higher rating from many of the computer techies and sites that rate apps.
5 ★ Switching from lastpass and currently evaluating 1password. I can certainly see myself continuing the service. Most password managers fail in one aspect and that is a desktop app. Not with 1password. The user interface can be improved a bit, but the current UI is fine for me.
5 ★ Broken after last update. Autofill prompt would not pop up in Brave or Chrome. Sometimes could be fixed by restarting 1pass and browser, but fix does not stick for long. Pretty frustrating
1 ★ I hate this program on my phone. 99% of the time it does not provide my saved passwords for apps. I have to go in to the program copy the username go back paste the username, go back log back in copy the password, go back paste it, and then if MFA, do it all again. I think I may go back to last pass
5 ★ Has become an integral part of my everyday life, and it always seems to get smoother. Genuinely a really great product.

4 ★ Great product, but I can't seem to upgrade to the family subscription, I'm locked out of adding family members! Help!
3 ★ Was doing great. Now I can only add new passwords via the desktop app. Anything done on the phone is unresponsive or doesn't save.
4 ★ Nice app. With upcoming updates please enable credit card auto fill for apps and websites. It would be amazing.
