I think there is plenty of room for improvements, and there are a few typos and grammatical errors present. On a more positive note though, thank you developer for the effort made to compile this app, and hope to see well developed content from you in the near future!

1 ★ How does a lack of self-esteem or negative self-esteem begin? Is it "complaining"? Thousands swinging at leaves and branches on thee of what's wrong, there`s one striking at the root. You're teaching people how to act like there is no tree. One star, in this case, means -5. Patient: I don't feel well. Mind of the person who made this app: Feel better. Patient: I have cancer or I was raped, beaten, abused, abandoned or any number of things that can happen while their brain is developing. Mind of the person who made this app: First step is to stop complaining because we all have problems. You may as well feed the tree. (Obtuse)
