2 ★ I still stand at 2 stars. Boomplay I understand the issue with ads. Now what is this you're doing playing short clips of music in the playlist I've downloaded. The reason certain songs are not part of my playlists is because I don't like them. Imagine I'm listening to my gospel song and then you insert an obscene song before the next song starts. Even if I wasn't a Christian I would still not listen to some songs. It's my choice

1 ★ Wow, you guys really pushed me to write a review. This app was amazing back then, reasonable amount of ads, easy navigation, aesthetic. Now it just has random things everywhere, bugs: sometimes the music just has errors playing and those God-forsaken ads. U highly recommend not downloading boomplay. Smh

1 ★ I don't understand what is going on with this app anymore. I used this app to play music on Tuesday and on Wednesday for me to play music I discovered that all the music were gone but the ones I downloaded and collected from others through xender. I feel frustrated and annoyed. And it's not like I don't update the app whenever it say I should. I find this really disturbing. Please something should be done and I'll be glad if possible my music can be restored. Thanks.

3 ★ Well I would have added the rating if it wasn't for the fact that most of the songs are not free. I have to watch an ad each time you want to play a song instead of it being able to play even when offline, which is very frustrating. And when I play a song, the lyrics are not upto date. Most of them end quarter way through. Unless otherwise the app is good. I love that it's able to play in the background, etc So please improve on this, PLEASE. Improve and make it better

1 ★ Useless download, the songs downloaded are not to be found on my device. Wasted time watching ads, everytime need ads popping. Reply: I understand the importance of respecting artist copyrights, and this is applicable to other apps as well. However, in your case, it seems that there are excessive ads and notifications, which is time-consuming and data-consuming furthermore cannot play the downloaded music on the device. I strongly recommend the public to best to avoid falling into your trap and

2 ★ Nice app but the main problem I have is that I can't retrieve the points I collect everyday to use for Airtime/Data despite everything I have tried so far, I'd appreciate if I can be shown how to do it properly also with this latest update I don't see the name of the artist and title of song when I'm playing music in my car. Lastly, the Ads are annoying and I also feel they are unnecessary and just too much.

3 ★ Boomplay used to be great, and I can say Boomplay is far away better than all the music app. But I don't know why I can't download song anymore. It becoming useless. For me I don't mind the ads. I understand that as long as I download music then there should be an ads. I've update it two times but I can't see any differences. Respectfully can you please solve it for me please.🙏🙏. Thanks tho.

1 ★ Finally uninstalling the app which means a review. Just like others have said, this app used to be good but it has long gone down the hill. You cannot listen to your own local music without being bomarbed with useless ads. If I could rate it less than a star, trust me I would. Don't bother downloading and look for an alternative. And please, Boomplay, do not give me that copy and paste response. I do not stream on your app so I do not need your favour of being able to listen to music rubbish.

1 ★ I give this app zero rating. Yes! It doesn't deserve a single star. So, I took a looong break from boomplay cos i hate too much ads. Not just ads, ads you can't stop until 30 seconds. I saw a new update and I was so excited to try it out and guess what, it's worse. Scam ads just pop out of nowhere at every tap on your screen. You exit the app, the song just stops playing. You come back to it, they welcome you with another fake ad. You know what? I'm done!

1 ★ A very bad app, the new updates are worse, I remember downloading songs easily back then, currently it's demanding a video viewing but the boring part is that video is never showed, the process quits and I have tried to download but the same hell every time. Honestly speaking you have to improve the ease with which songs are downloaded, otherwise there are many other apps which may keep on sucking your users if the experience is this one. That's what I'm experiencing here, that's my idea

1 ★ Hey, boomplay! This has been my favorite streaming app since 2019. But this coke Studio ad is so disappointing. I can't listen to 2 songs without it interrupting me. The worst part is that even if I am offline, that annoying ad still pops up. I know there's coke Studio, but this ad is making lose interest. Now, when i want to listen to music peacefully, I just use another streaming app. My point is that you need to fix the ad not pop up when I am offline. I can understand when online but off?

3 ★ Boomplay has been the best music app for me but of late, the ads are just frustrating. I understand the experience we get from them but I urge Boomplay team to test the app from a user perspective. Anything one touches triggers an ad. Feels like you are forcing the premium subscription down our throats. Kindly, this is too much 😭. Thanks in advance for your consideration ✌🏾

1 ★ It's horrible and frustrating to know I can no longer enjoy this app. All my favourite playlist is gone. I stream Dunsin Onyeka and Guc every day, but now I can no longer do so because all the albums and playlists have disappeared. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, yet it's not giving. Honestly, this is a total waste of time I should just embrace Spotify.

1 ★ Lately they've been forcing people to watch 30 sec ads, back to back.after watching, you play a song, another ad before that. Before the next song again, there's an unskippable ad. You open the app, you have to skip for like 10 sec..its not what it used to be!!!!! Even my friends deleted the app

2 ★ want to provide feedback regarding an issue with the lyrics display on your platform. Currently, the lyrics do not move as the song progresses and stay on one line. This hinders the interactive experience for users who enjoy singing along or learning the lyrics. I kindly request that you consider implementing a feature that dynamically adjusts the lyrics display to sync with the song. This enhancement would greatly enhance the overall user experience and set Boomplay apart from your competitors.
