-We first analyse your data by looking at your Health App and asking you some questions. We use this to find the perfect workout for you. You can try this workout for free.
-Our workouts range from Fat Loss, HIIT, Lean Muscle with a special focus on booty for the ladies.
-Once you buy your plan you will get each week broken down with beautiful design where you can start your journey and start completing workouts
-Each workout has a timer, list of exercises complete with how many sets, reps, time and notes from the influencer or athlete. There are videos for each exercise to make sure you perform the right technique
-We track all your data in real time and show your progress to you and you can make notes in every workout

3 ★ The app is glitchy at times. When swiping through the workout programs, it does not swipe smoothly and jumps from one program to another which can be frustrating.
3 ★ I love a lot about this app, very user friendly. I like that there is a timer, videos for each exercise, a place to add notes on exercises, it keeps track of the weight and reps you completed last time you did an exercise. However, there is very little information on safety with exercises, modifications for exercises or alternatives. For example, a lot of the exercises are hard on the knees and there is no warning for this or how to correctly do the exercises. I hurt my knees about 4 weeks in
1 ★ Every time I go to use it this app just crashes. I then need to uninstall and reinstall it and even then it doesn't always work. Not sure if it's an issue on android only but it makes using it impossible as I keep losing my progress. It's very frustrating!
2 ★ The app freezes a lot, won't log in, will crash and you lose your progress
3 ★ I like the functionality on the phone but it would be nice to be able to send workouts to my Garmin, and send completed data from my Garmin to the app on my phone
