Valet includes powerful self service and support capabilities, including:

• Broadcast Notifications to keep users informed of scheduled maintenance, outages, or other service issues through proactive broadcast push notifications from Enterprise IT to avoid unnecessary calls to the Service Desk for explanation and status checks
• Enterprise Support Chat to enable users to easily communicate with IT Support to quick diagnose and resolve issues from a single enterprise support app
• Trouble Ticketing to enable users to easily submit and monitor enterprise trouble tickets from a single enterprise support app
• Remote Support to enable mobile users to share their screen with enterprise IT support to quickly diagnose and resolve issues (Remote Control available for select OEMs, Remote View available on Android 5.0 and later devices)
