Description
In the Shop section, you can access online stores from retailers like amazon or eBay. From there you can see the final price of any product, which includes the item cost, shipping and taxes to your country.
You can also add the products you like to your shopping cart, and pay for them directly from within the app.
App permissions

1 ★ What a step backwards. The older app was much better. The new UI for this app is not as intuitive and requires further unnecessary steps, especially in relation to the separation of package tracking and payments/costs. Furthermore, what is the point of adding my fingerprint if I I have to log in as though it were the first time, every other hour. This is a prime example of the old adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
1 ★ HORRIBLE; to the tenth power. I signed up and downloaded 2 days ago and cannot sign in to this day. It kept on telling me that my login credential(s) is/are incorrect. Then it doesn't give recovery options. It's either I log in or create a new account. But if I try to re create my account it tells me that... "The provided Email is already used in other account. Account Emails must be unique." Did I say horrible????🤬🤬🤬
1 ★ I made a purchase and google charged me for that, PLUS! After I bought the item, one week later they said the ran out of it and will make a refund, they made it but didn't do it with the exact currency exchange of the day I made the purchase but with the current one, taking some money from me, I'd never buy here again and I say this to alert anyone in another country out of the US in case they wonder why the recieved less money from what they'd paid.
2 ★ App stop showing my orders. Everything is empty
2 ★ The pre-alert from Amazon option doesn't work. Even though the Amazon order page indicates a tracking number, the app will state there is no tracking number. I always have to create pre-aleets manually. Additionally, the section of the profile tab that should show one's Miami address shows my name only. All the address fields are blank. Rather inconvenient.
2 ★ The app is nice and has alot of potential but I find myself on the website more than the app. I miss the calculator in it and the payment details section of a package doesn't work properly. Everytime you have to find yourself on the website to see payment details cause the app shows it blank all the time and I also wish you could've paid for your packages through the app too. The app is also very buggy and crashes and takes long to start up.
1 ★ It's a step or two backwards. I can't even log in now. I get an error saying "unable to process request". When it worked at first it wasn't easy to get your information at a glance like the old version. The maker of this app needs to realise that most people would use mobile phones but the app looks as though it was formatted for a PC or laptop.
1 ★ Installed the app to provide review of their website. Website is not easy to use with lots of bugs and logs out everytime. They do not provide seller receipts so if anything happens to your product you cannot cover warranty. Their refund process sucks. I will never be ordering anything from future and suggest everyone to think before using it.
2 ★ My phone updated yesterday. The upgrade app. is a serious downgrade. Cannot close the app. Have to log in every time. The information for packages is outdated. You can get more current on the plugin extension for google chrome than from the app. Very disappointed in the latest version.
1 ★ Is it possible to go back to the previous version? Not only was this "update" just plain bad, but now it has disappeared altogether and tells me none of my devices is compatible. I have to assume it's been withdrawn and is being worked on.
1 ★ I forced to update older version which worked perfectly. This one will not let me login on my cellphone. Running 8.1 android. Will log on iPad with same password. Very difficult to prealert. Why mess with what works?
1 ★ Still not working correctly. Even after the November update the app is not staying logged in after closing. This is happening with or without fingerprint login. All other features work though.
1 ★ The app keeps asking me to login.. when I do... the language isn't what I selected. And it asks me if I want to use the old app to track packages....wth. then if I don't select that option... I'm logged out... come on. Do better than that... really inconvenient
1 ★ The older version was much better. This version is horrible - not user friendly, a layout that makes no sense and unable to achieve the main purpose for the app - to track packages quickly. Uninstalled!
1 ★ This app was really useful in the beginning, but it hasn't been reliable for nearly a year. It constantly crashes, sometimes when I go to the store my orders don't show up. I'm so disappointed.
