2 ★ Even though that the features of the app (flights search, check-in, boarding pass, etc.) works fine, I am rating it with 2 stars as I have been trying to log in/create account for the past 6 months with no success. The code never arrives, neither on email or via SMS and not even the forget password works. So I had to do everyrhing as a guest for my last 4 flights, which is just a noying.
3 ★ Most of the times when I'm trying to book tickets with my genairation discount the app gets stuck after the dates input. Other than that the app works smoothly for check in and boarding ticket
3 ★ Sometimes it doesn't load the pages and the general environment of flight search could be more user-friendly
2 ★ I'm used to the apps from other carriers. This is a nightmare - took hours to figure out how to display the boarding pass. Not even the flight attendant was sure. Getting it mailed didn't work well twice (images broken). Downloading PDF stalled, unable to download. 4G fast internet on S7 edge. The app is huge, bloated and fails to deliver what one expects: Check in, boarding pass, gate changes, delay information. It's obscured and feels very clumsy and confusing compared to Ryanair, Emirates, Vueling, Transavia etc.
2 ★ I cannot login to the app anymore. Was working fine the last few weeks until it suddenly stopped working. Now, I can't access my flights or book on my account. I tried to reinstall the app. Nothing works. Seems to get stuck setting up 2-step verification that is so secure, even I can't get in. Just "failed to load profile". I was in the middle of a flight booking. Selected my seats, and the app logged me out. Now the seats are "booked" (by me) and I can't even get them back. Really frustrating.
1 ★ Your app has become worse. It is awful. You should be ashamed. The slow, horrible app is so slow and was almost impossible to add a credit voucher code. It took me around 10 times until it got it. Plus I was trying to pay twice and the paying system was getting stuck and actually in the end I had to do the whole booking process from my partner's phone that does not have downloaded the app in order to book my flights. And the flight got more expensive during all this time so I paid more!
1 ★ keeps logging me off out of rhe blue. when you try to check in or actually even purchase a ticket it is mostly unusable. For example While I'm in the middle of making a booking, and i minimise the app for a moment, it kills the purchase process and gets me back at the start. Impossible to make payments with a card for which the bank issuer requires a verification though their app. Very slow and it often freezes. Frustrating...
1 ★ This app looks like a port from the web browser version inside an app browser container with far less features. Poor UI/UX experience while navigating. Some flows are also really bad and if you make a mistake you cannot edit it and it is permanently stored in the database eg. id during check-in. We are spending double/triple times the money compared to other cheaper airlines, we should at least have a better experience instead of a worse.
1 ★ The online check in does not work properly! I had to do my check in 6 times in order to finaly get my correct information. When I call at the venter they told me to better use a laptop since mobile app does not work some times. I have no idea why having the app if it does not work!!! Update: I have done it 7 times now without been able yet to put my data. I called 4 times to their call center and the lady there tried to make me look like a fool!
1 ★ Nah guys ... I have been using since 4 years! Being a golden member for a while, I think this is way worse than any similar app! Slow, it seems just to redirect to the site! Crashes 1 outta 3 times, excludes various options. The only usage is to scan over lounges...Seriously, you need to invest a lot to that. And is a pitty, as Aegean has far better services than other companies!

1 ★ I'm trying to view my profile through the app and it keeps redirecting me to the pin code screen, even when I dial it. UPDATE You would think that after so many months the issue would be fixed. Instead, there's a new problem. I try logging in, but a message keeps popping that there's no internet. Which of course is not true. Useless.
1 ★ Worst airline I have ever used, horribly rude call center. I was rude during the call. Pointless bonus program and terrible service at the airport and in-flight. I will always choose other airlines even if they are 5 times more expensive.
