· Track your Fitness routine: The app syncs with health and fitness apps on your phone or with your fitness tracking device to o keep track of your health activities and motivate you to stay fit always.
· Earn your Active Dayz™: Now, track your health activities on the app and earn Active Dayz™. Active Dayz™ can be earned by completing a Fitness centre or yoga centre activity for a minimum of 30 minutes at our panel of Fitness or yoga centres or burning 300 calories or more in one exercise session per day, or simply walking and recording 10,000 steps in a day. Active Dayz™ help you earn Health Rewards (HealthReturns TM ). Health returns can be earned by completing your health assessment and undertaking any one of the activities mentioned above.
· View your Health Returns™ balance: Track your Health Returns™. Funds earned under HealthReturns TM can be used to buy medicines, pay for diagnostic tests, towards the payment of Renewal Premium or it can be kept like a fund for any health emergency.

1 ★ Your app many features are not working. I have raised so many request sent emails but no response. Ask a dietician does not work, book health assessment does not work, no option to call customer care. As a last resort I am posting here. Please take some efforts to update your app and add some good features. Else we will have to migrate to another service providers.
2 ★ This app can't connect to any fitness app like Google fit. I have both installed but it just won't connect. Guess that they will not give me the 10000 steps walking benifit. Just business. And with the excuse of technical fault.
1 ★ Waste of time. There is no option to track steps or others activities. Instead you need to connect with a different app to track the activity. But the main reason for giving 1 star is that I am unable to connect any of the given apps. This app is bugged
1 ★ doesn't track the steps activity in realtime it takes too long to update, and the survey about lifestyle having 30 questions never finishes, it always says technical error please try again.
1 ★ Edit: check your email from me. Syncing steps is a joke in this app. Hello? I called customer care to report, they said send an email with the screenshots, I did, no response. What health return are you promising if your app can't sync at all? Or is it intentional? I can see in the reviews, everyone has the same issue. So you don't want to fix it? And want to show the number of how many people are using the app? Or in real life, all we are doing is, 'trying to use' your app?
1 ★ Extremely too bad bad bad bad bad experience with this app. Nothing updating in timely. I was wait for last 45 days to update the Heart healthy score in app. I raised complain also regarding issue. But No Response from anyone and not update also in app. I extremely frustrated with this app.
2 ★ Edit: that bug was fixed but app still glitchy AWFUL APP 1. Doesn't sync correctly 2. With every refresh my wellness score changes 3. Now since yesterday no data is loading. 4. No way to complain or request a sync. 5. Toll-free number offers no value 6. The app advices a reset with loss of previous data and thus premium benefits. 7.Last update to such a buggy app was in June/July. 3 member startups do better! HOW CAN RATING BE 4.4 WITH SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS What a waste and soooo demotivating!!
1 ★ App too slow. App takes its sweet time to load when clicked on any option. Unable to view multiple policies mapped to the same proposer at the same time in the same profile. Same issue on the website as well. No logout option on the app to switch the profile. Most of the option under profile like policy details can't be edited though there is an Edit option available.
1 ★ Such a useless app. Unable to connect with wearable device. Fail to upload files for claim due technical glitch. Always keep on lagging.
1 ★ The above reviews are very much disappointed. I have recently purchased health policy. I don't know the future of the policy. Synchronizing issue still there, most of the 5 to 6 app does not get updated steps. This technical issue needs to be resolved immediately, else don't motivate customers towards 10000 steps per day and get health returns. It seem sheer cheating with policy holders. My Policy No. 21-23-3928098-00 even after 100 to 200 steps completes, App synchronize only 25 to 30 steps.
1 ★ App did not open, even if its open it will not sync your steps.. You end up wasting your time.. Health app is completely unresponsive. I was unable to sync my steps data up untill this time. Now I can no longer login, it indicates that the OTP has been sent but I have not received ... Even if you enter an incorrect number or garbage numbers it says OTP sent 😞... As requested I have shared mt policy details in a mail There is no reply box so I just updated here.. No body replied to my mail
1 ★ Super Pathetic experience till now App runs very slow and also they have zero accuracy in Document updation in policy .As they want to harras us at the time of requirements bysay your documents are not matching with data base
1 ★ Why have you launched App? To help your customers or torture them through this App? I raised some request through App, your Executive called next day after 24 hours. I am trying to download the medical report done through your App, but total failure Your toll free number do not connect. Try to improve your services. Otherwise, you will be in ICU
1 ★ Cannot connect fitness tracker, had connected fitness tracker and tracked active dayz prior to purchasing health insurance, but after buying one, I can't reconnect my trackers and it wont let me choose for there is a blank screen where options should be, its been 3 days and i fear my active dayz are going to waste
1 ★ Purchasing this policy is regrettable; it falls short in every aspect - app, health checkup, healthy heart score, and returns. After completing the health assessment, the app doesn't update reports. Attempts to contact via phone, email, WhatsApp, or AI support lead nowhere. Think before purchasing ABHI policy. Additionally, the app fails to sync Google Fit data despite following all steps. It's frustrating, and reviews highlighting this issue raise concerns of negligence. I am so disappointed.
