Digital Sign Service for Android based signs is integrated with Microsoft Outlook® and Exchange and displays up-to-date meeting information. The interactive meeting room sign allows you to book, extend and end meetings on the touch screen. Instant booked meetings are automatically synchronized with the Exchange Server.
The interactive screen and integration to Outlook® ensures visitors and staff are always informed of future and current meetings. The ability to easily determine availability and to book, extend and end meetings on the screen, improves your meeting room usage by reducing the number of meeting rooms sitting empty.
For professional branding of your company, add your company logo to the top right corner, and choose between a black or white background. Mount the Digital Sign Service for Android based signs outside the meeting room using a standard frame of your choice. Digital Sign Service for Android based signs supports both landscape and portrait mode.
