2 ★ This app is so glitchy. When you are at the station you can't even select it half the time..you need to zoom in max. And even so it still doesn't work. Reinstalled many times. Also, sometimes I couldn't connect my car and it tells me session finished and I can't even restart it. Wasted a lot of time with this app
1 ★ "Could not get your current location. GPS signals are weak," despite ChargePoint and Google Maps both able to pinpoint location with high accuracy during time of use. Poor geolocation, rendering app useless. "Insufficient funds" showed in app and denied access to charge station even though station's rate is set to free.

1 ★ I downloaded the flo app and put $10 on it. No signage for station in Whistler. And no internet underground Finally plug-in, nothing happens since no flo card. So bike to Starbucks & find wifi. It says vehicle in use on app, because I left it plugged in. So bike back to charge station, unplug. Bike back to Starbucks, start session on app, bike back to car and plug-in. Still not starting. Bike back to sbucks, and app says station in use by car, never got it to work, & wasted an hour of my time
3 ★ Would like to get notifications when my vehicle is finished charging, it tracks that but I have to look in the app to get the info, would be simple to just get a pop up when done charging. Also, can't seem to turn off email summaries, not something I need.
1 ★ Just used it at Markville mall in Markham area. I located the charging station, started a charging session, I received an email from flo saying my vehicle was fully charged after some time. My account was charged as well according to the houtly rate. However, when I started my car, the battery was even charged a percent... Very disappointed.
2 ★ The app performance is slow especially initial launch, take long time for the gps to locate the location. I wish Flo can address the performance and location issues soon. Hello Flo, pls add the account balance to the transaction history record so it would be easier to tell my account balance when i review the history record. Thanks
3 ★ The app is ok, but it would be nice to have feature to add your own car model, and be able to estimate how many km was being added in the session. would also be nice to be able to choose which screen to start up with.
2 ★ There is not much value added when you get your own home station flo X5 except start and stop a session. I would like to get more stats so I can know my consumption in Canadian dollars based on hydro Quebec electricity cost. For home station, this app can be way much features rich.
3 ★ Useful because it's one of two ways to operate the stations. One location pin with multiple stations which you have to scroll through to find the station you are at. No way to notify of problems with a station within the app
2 ★ It worked quite quickly but it was supposed to charge $1.05 an hour. After half an hour it had already charged $1 and at 30 amps. I'd be ok it it was close but it's way of and ripping people off.
2 ★ The app can never find my GPS location even if im outside. Every time I want to zoom out of the map, it zooms right back in again. No NFC capability. Charge points system is far more useful.
1 ★ App has turned into junkware. Every other charging app, including the EC app, has way more features and polish than this. Not to mention the smart features on the FLO home haven't been enhanced or updated in literally years. How about adding the kWh cost? Nope. Energy graphs? Nope. Do better!
1 ★ The app only works 25% of the time, I spent over 15 min trying to unlock a charging station that should be seamless but for whatever reason it just continued to load until it randomly decided to work.
1 ★ the app does not work on my Samsung s4 it's very crapppy app I always have to call Flo to get meter turned on and that takes 15 min on average after they look up account etc etc I've ordered the card but if it's anything like the app it's 20$ cdn down the pipes will update this post when I receive card and test it
