4 ★ really convenient, also gives updates to new tea on stock and whatnot. You just have to be really specific in the search bar if you're trying to find that one tea.
5 ★ I didn't know I was a tea drinker until I discovered Adagio. Compared to the supermarket stale bag of tea, Adagio provides a fresh and flavorful alternative at good. And the prices are fair. I'd give it more stars if I could.
5 ★ The app doesn't really work anymore. I can't view any of the products, it shows the price per cup and a picture. I can't actually click on the items. EDIT: Customer support responded very quickly and fixed the issue. Thank you very much.
3 ★ This app is unusable. It used to be cumbersome to use the app, then the update came out. It'll tell me I'm using an outdated version, won't let me click update. I've uninstalled, and reinstalled -as recently as 2/9/21 at 7:50est - and the app simply does not work! Really disappointing.
5 ★ If you're having issues with the app, don't hesitate to email support. They are very responsive unlike many other apps. Helped fix my problem very quickly. I'm happy to have the convenience of the app again!
5 ★ Adagio has the most unique choice of flavors for any time of day and any season. They are always fresh and have peak flavor. It is also fun to mix flavors and create my own personalized flavor.
5 ★ Great tea and nice variety. I am new to drinking tea and I like the option of getting the variety packs so I can find out what I like. The flavors are rich and very satisfying.
4 ★ such an easy to use app. only complaint is it's kind of confusing to check on orders but everything else is great.

5 ★ I keep getting a notice to upgrade no matter how often I upgrade. And now I can't get a description by clicking on the tea name. I have to go to the website.So what is the point of the app? EDIT: App is now working great!
3 ★ Notifications are useless and search doesn't actually allow you to click on results. I'd give more detail, but that's not one of the options available for this review.
4 ★ The app is pretty easy to navigate. The only thing is that you can't access your rewards through the app. That really the only down side for me.
2 ★ Before the most recent update, I had no issues with the app. Now, though, the app won't let me select any of the flavors, so I can't add anything to my cart.
3 ★ Love the website and interface, the mobile app is a little janky though. Can't view some teas that I can view in web browser.
5 ★ High quality, amazing tasting teas! I keep enjoying trying new flavors. The prices are very low and economical.
