1 ★ A major bug since SEP-2017 has yet to be fixed... You can not read the body of the emails in this app. Makes it fairly useless. You can just use it to add tasks not related to your emails...
1 ★ Shame as currently it is unusable. Can't see the emails themselves, so still didn't checked any other function. Hoping for a fix, but will pay even if it's only the desktop app!!!
2 ★ 6.22.17 I'm day two into the free trial. The mobile app after a few hours of working is now unusable. It started with emails I clicked to open not fully showing up (only the new message appeared and not the "re:" section for context of a given thread. Then, certain emails suddenly wouldn't load when clicked at all (even through the same email used to load). Then, earlier on today it crashed. I sent a feedback support submission on the crash. Now, within the past few minutes trying to use it again after some hours the mobile app crashes, like clockwork, every time I click the "due date" button...well, that's what I thought. Turns out it crashes when I press on any function at all. It's utterly unusable now. The web version of this in gmail works fine...but this entire setup will not be of use to me without an accompanying, working, mobile app. The whole "stress free" and "be effective" spiel on their website isn't working via the mobile app. I hope this gets fixed very soon as the reviews have pointed out this is a known and outstanding problem... But it's my fault I guess for trying an app having already researched it of course while hoping "maybe it won't happen to me." _______________________________________ 6.23.17 Still unusable and constant crashing. Sadly, uninstalling.
2 ★ Same as user byron. App shuts down when you try and push any of the macros. 1st day of using it. If it doesn't fix by weeks end, uninstalling...
1 ★ Can't see any message text, which makes it pretty much useless to me. I'm sad.
2 ★ Crashes and not seeing any responses from the Activinbox team. Without the mobile tablet app I can't / won't pay for the desktop one. Any updates?
1 ★ keeps crashing and have to reboot phone to get it to work again (Galaxy Note 8) very disappointing as I use the desktop paid version and it works well most of the time.
2 ★ Does not show email body and the app crashes. It has been many months since an update and support emails take incredibly long to respond to. The web app i like, however.
