3 ★ Seems to have lost (or changed) the ability to add photos to posts. I can attach files, but they don't appear inline on the post. Also, the app does not support the typical "sharing" interface: I should be able to pick some photos using any gallery app, and share them to Realm. At that point, Realm should prompt me for the group to share to, and for supporting text. Lastly, what someone else said about supporting drafts would be a great enhancement.

2 ★ Drafts are an important part of communications. If you don't complete a message while on the screen, your entire message is deleted. If you have to switch from app to app to get the info needed for your message - everything you were working on is lost forever and you have to start over. The app is great as a viewer only, but if you are going to be leading a group - stick with the web browser on a computer to keep your people informed.

3 ★ I love the idea of the app, but between the bugs, lagging, crashing, and generally user-unhelpful interface I've been heavily tempted to give up on it many times. For one thing, why is there NO WAY to remove a family member? And the people in a group showing up at all can't be counted on. And what about when names get mixed up with pictures? Not knowing who's who is maddening. It's true that some of the biggest issues have been fixed, but I still still stand by my 3/5 stars. Moto G6 Android 9

1 ★ We have been using Realm for 1 year. I am one of the leaders that chose and implemented realm in our church. The App has been one of the primary issues we have had and it as made implementation extremely difficult due to its inconsistency on the android platform. The app fails to load, disconnects, won't show chats, and glitches. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a million times and I'm tired of it. Realm you are not cheap. Fix your app before adding more features.

4 ★ Is improving every day. Must set up notifications for each group you are part of and make sure push notifications are turned on to get the most up to date communication on your phone. There is a learning curve but it is making our communications better as more people join at our church. Was really buggy at first and had to uninstall and reinstall but no issues in several months.

2 ★ The app typically just shows a spinner and doesn't allow me to use it. I have tried while connected through our church wifi, through a good cellular connection, and on another wifi network that was very high bandwidth and very reliable. All resulted in the same issue even after getting help from someone trained on the app. I did get it to work once by restarting the app several times and repeatedly entering and exiting pages. My experience with the app so far has been very frustrating :-(

1 ★ I appreciate the attempt to create a social platform for churches but this product needs to be re-engineered by people who know how to use reactive components. This same critique holds for the desktop (browser) interface as well. There are numerous clunky UI elements that are frustrating and disappointing to deal with. I'm giving one star now because this android app has been giving me "Network Error: unable to retrieve news feed at this time" for several months now, rendering the app useless.

1 ★ Browser version is far superior to the app. I really don't recommend the app at all, but recommend notifications to come through email. I don't get push notifications for new posts for groups I'm in, but do get notifications for replies to those posts, but when I try to open that notification, the post doesn't load. When I open the app, I have to pull down to reload posts--it doesn't automatically load the most recent at the top of the list, I have to scroll to find it.

2 ★ Every time I log in and try to access Chat via the mobile app it crashes. My Pastor's suggested we use it to stay in touch with each other during the week, but I'm not sure Realm is really devoted to fixing this glitch. Have no problem if using my desktop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app more than once to same result. Big disappointment!

2 ★ Constant bugs and crashing... Our church recently adopted this and it's been horrible. First there were issues just creating an account. When I asked for support through the website, I was told they don't support individuals but only the church directly and I would have to get support from the church only. Ridiculous! Now I get messages stating there are connection issues. Terrible app and/or service.

1 ★ Edited 2/7/20 - still having same problems. Will try the website again. I had reinstalled this app when the website refused to accept my correct password. PLEASE fix these issues. It's not fair to the churches paying for this service! 12/12/19: Gets posts jumbled up rather than in order. There will be a post from 2 hours ago, then 10 days ago, then 6 months ago, with many missing in between. Better to use the website on a browser than the app. This has happened to me with 2 different phones.

4 ★ I originally wrote a rather harsh review at first because I was unable to get the app working at all. The issue was solved by attempting to log in to my account on a desktop and finding that there were steps to activating my account that were not completed. The app now seems to be working as intended, and I am grateful to the prompt response from the developer, even though I ended up not needing their assistance. I recommend creating and verifying your account on a desktop to avoid my issue.

3 ★ 2 1/2 stars..... This app works moderately well, for basic communications. It says it's available for all my devices, and shows a little graphic of a laptop screen, but I can fin NO option, button, etc for installing on my computer (which I actually use a lot). Quite Frustrating.

1 ★ I guess I'll consistently put a 1 star rating on every time I use the app and have to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work. I was hoping to promote this tool for my congregation to use for directory contact but that still doesn't seem the case. I've had to do this for a year now with no foreseeable change so far. Yes, I'm about to reinstall ... again. Yes, tried to update, and no response when I search for member info as has been the case all along. Not sure if developers are seeing this.

2 ★ When I try to open the app, it opens to a white screen and doesn't always change. I have to manually refresh the app in order to see updates. Push notifications aren't always working either, and they are all turned on. And if I try to select a post that has an attachment, the whole app crashes.
