Description
Easily bring mindfulness into your everyday life, using guided meditations, clock meditations, and insight into mindfulness as a whole.
The five guided meditations are all written and recorded, in a professional audio study, by psychologist Allan Bau Petersen. You will find the following guided meditations here in the app.
- Body scan
- Attention to breathing
- Breathing and body
- Attention to sounds and thoughts
- Breathing space
In addition to guided meditations, this app also gives you access to silent clock meditations, at flexible intervals. During these quiet meditations, you will only hear bells at the beginning and end, giving you the opportunity to guide yourself through the meditation. Choose one of the nine predefined meditation lengths or choose your own length between five and 90 minutes.
In the app you will also get a brief introduction to mindfulness, as well as get to know the 7 basic principles of mindfulness.
Allan Bau Petersen is a trained psychologist and is the owner of the clinic Psychologist Centrum, located in central Odense. In addition to being a trained psychologist, he is also trained in crisis psychology, cognitive psychology and mindfulness.
