Acer Portal 3.9.4.2006 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows applications to read the sync settings.
Allows applications to write the sync settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an application to read the user's contacts data.
Allows applications to enter Wi-Fi Multicast mode.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ Just everything about acer is cheap , the product but worse of all the warantie.....ie : if you buy a 200$ led screen and the leg that holds the screen hapena to break and falls on a customer do not expect them to honor anykind of responsibilities as apparently they dont cover physical breakage. First time i bought acer and for sure last time . thank god the screen sid not fall on the customers feet as it would have been worse than a 200$ loss for a 8 months use. Good luck to acer bit to each their own , pay peanuts get monkeys .

1 ★ I registered my tablet for the first time and it was great for a couple of weeks but now, its it's horrible! My tablet just keeps getting hacked and used by developers for Android /Acer open source project which I did not sign up for in anyway what so ever, I got no control over my personal info, my email accounts keep getting taken over by developers who take everything even change my name on Facebook! I have no control over my registered product Acer Iconia one 10 Android lollipop 5.1, which by the way is a tablet not a bloody mobile phone! I haven't had chance to play any games or use my tablet properly because of this it's not nice and I just want my tablet set back to its original, authentic self, I love the way lollipop was and I have a right to decide whether or not to accept any offers/upgrades or any other changes for my registered product but I don't get notified even though it's all set up the proper way. This is just the short version, very disappointed and frustrated but very angry that this is allowed to continue and I can't stop it no matter how many times I reset my tablet or completely remove everything and I mean wipe my tablet clean, nothing left it doesn't work!! I ain't safe and Acer are BIG FAT LIAR'S!
