AccuWeather: Weather Radar 20.5-1-google APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows access to the vibrator.

1 ★ Not accurate at all. I have 3 weather apps and this one is so far off from the others it isn't funny. Hard loading at times, ads pop up soon as I touch somewhere on my screen, one minute says rain starting in 10 minutes (when it has been raining for 10 minutes) ridiculous fake app. I understand weather is unpredictable sometimes but this app is never right.

1 ★ Formerly was THE BEST weather app. Now the latest update has filled it with obnoxious full screen ads & glitches. To further worsen it, my widget disappeared, & now I no longer have the ability to create a 4x1 AccuWeather widget. It's filled with mostly empty space top to bottom, with no way to resize it to look less hollow up & down, yet you are able to resize it L to R to any size, which will hide a portion of the current weather or 3-day forecast as there's no empty space, only vertically!!!

2 ★ The old version looked much better and accuracy is not as good as it once was, so this is no longer my go-to weather app. I would say BBC Weather is far more accurate than this. The fact this gives a forecast for a month ahead shows what a joke this has become, as no weather app can predict that. All these weather apps have become as bad as each other. Want to know the forecast? Look out of your window.

2 ★ Maybe update forecast a little more often. Every time I looked last night into this morning, the forecast temperature was 10 degrees higher than the present temperature. Also, when an app chooses to block the app with a fulm screen add, it's a guarantee, I'll never spend money on that product.

3 ★ This app constantly give me the weather for the wrong location. Even though I have set my town as the default location, and removed the other location it is showing me weather for, I can't get it it to stop. I change it, the app changes it back. Really really annoying. If I hadn't purchased the app to get rid of the ads, I would have uninstalled it a long time ago.

1 ★ The radar is broken as in not working at all. This app is pretty much a joke. Edit: after months of carefully wacthing the predictions of both accuweather and the weather channel I can say without a doubt that accuweather on a daily basis is updating there predictions to what weather channel already had up hours after the weather channel had posted the predictions. So in short dont waste your time on this app.

1 ★ after the new style change and update 95% of the time the this app don't work it just locks up and is worthless. I think it has something to do with video adds. because this never happened before and now with the design change it never works. it's easier to turn on the TV or radio and get a real weather report.

1 ★ After being a loyal user for years I finally uninstalled this app. The poor ux redesign in 2020, the inaccuracies in the forecast, the bugs, the amount of storage the app uses, and the limited widgets have all caused this app to go downhill. The recent addition of full screen ads was the straw that broke the camel's back. Just look at all the recent reviews and that's all you need to know. Found another app (Weawow) that doesn't have any of these issues.

2 ★ Was good but not anymore. Recently started following what it said the weather was at a particular time and it's just not accurate. Shows that it is mostly sunny while in fact there is zero sun and all clouds. Has been happening Ike this for some time and I can no longer trust it. Need a new weather app!

1 ★ This honestly has got to be the most useless weather app of them all. The most disappointing thing in my life right now is that this POS app comes pre-installed on my phone. I have never ever dealt with a weather app that was so vastly inaccurate. Literally all of the time, monkeys could probably run it better then the humans behind it. I could make better weather predictions than it can. Right now it shows that it's partly cloudy and 7% chance of precipitation yet it's storming bad. Idiots.

4 ★ I like the history part of this app. So far its the only weather app that does this and I can easily find this feature. Its almost perfect, on the notification pull down it does not say the high or low for the day. I have 3 weather apps and they all do this. It would be nice just to pull down the notification and get a quick look at the days high and low as well current temperatures. But everything else is great. 5 stars if they add highs and lows.

2 ★ They added ads recently, but in doing so, they broke the radar. It works only some of the time now. Day to day weather is messed up too. You can check the weather for the next day and it will say sunny, an hour later it's updated to rain all day, an hour later it shows cloudy. If I wanted a shot in the dark at what the weather would be like in 3 hours, I would check in with the 100 year old man up the road. At least he won't make me watch an ad.

1 ★ The tablet version of this app SUCKS! It still can only be viewed in landscape mode. What's so complicated about making the phone version portrait an option. I'm not giving myself carpal tunnel twisting my folio style case around everytime I want to see the weather. This app insists upon itself. Boo!

1 ★ Decent free app spoiled by yet another developer allowing repeated adverts to take 100% screen space. It may be an attempt to push users to the paid version but when will devs learn that it is counterproductive and pushes people away from the app. Using smaller non repeating ads is not offensive and users might click them to support you instead of getting frustrated and moving away. Edited to lowest rating because of ads now taking 30% of screen! Stupid and frustrating and devs ignore reviews!

2 ★ The full screen ads kill it for me. Look I just want to check the weather quickly. I have a built in app that does it for me but this is more detailed. I'm going to find something else that doesn't force me to see a full screen ad before checking the weather
