📱 HOW TO USE THE SERVICE
Creating your ACCIONA Mobility account is simple:
1. Download the app and register in just three steps.
2. We will validate your documentation quickly so that you can start riding our electric motorbikes scooters as soon as possible.
3. Find and book your nearest shared motorbike, put on your helmet and... enjoy!
4. You can pause your ride at any authorised area, but always keep municipal regulations in mind when parking your vehicle. If you have any questions, call us or send us an email for information on designated zones.

Our electric motorbike sharing service runs on 100% renewable energy. Even the transport vehicles which service the mopeds are powered by clean energy. By renting one of our shared electric motorbikes or scooters, you are giving the planet a helping hand.
And of course, we take care of charging batteries, insurance and maintenance so the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying your ride on one of our electric mopeds.

1 ★ Customer service is terrible. I never could use the App. It always says there is an error, that I should consult my email. I've been trying to contact them for three weeks and they never answer my emails. Ecooltra is better, they even have an online chat and answer back in seconds. Always giving promotions also.
5 ★ I would say it is the best ( or second best) public electric motorcycle service in Madrid. There is always availability in my neighborhood, Chamberí, which is not the case with other services. And if you need to go faster you can with the custom mode.
1 ★ Aware, scammers! They let your registration go wrong so you have to call their customer support line. They say that it is a free number, but actually they charge your phone provider €35!! With a 17 minute call (long waiting queue) this call costed me €2 per minute. They do not respond on emails, this is a scam!!
1 ★ Unable to login. The app crashes when remembering the password and other login options don't work because the user already exists. Anoying bug.
2 ★ The application is incredibly slow. In 3 time during the same moment they charged me without be able to move the motorcycle. Also I spend 1 hour in the phone waiting to be attended by the "support" team without success
1 ★ What the stupid app this , for 100 times i can't log in , always says wrong password even when u change it and costumer service doesn't exist, they don't answer after 15 email , what's that ? I don't understand They ask me to call , i won't call because they will charge you 30 euros , be careful the call number is not free , they'll charge you to much
4 ★ Best motorbikes I have tried up until now. The app is a bit heavy on my 3-year old phone, and feels a bit slow, especially when I'm on a hurry... Other than that great.
5 ★ Great scooters, App always works and the only problem i had was very quickly and professionally resolved. Couldn't ask for more.
4 ★ I had a problem with registration at first, but they solved. I am not in Spain at the moment, but looking forward to using it when I am back.
2 ★ App is painfully slow. I have used eCooltra and Muving apps and they work much better. The bikes are good. Heavier but faster than others I have used and many of them look very new so Acciona must have invested heavily. Please make the app as good as the bikes.
2 ★ Best motorbikes by far, but the app is terrible (takes ages to do any step). Also, the service is quite poor and the number of motorbikes low.
1 ★ Registration is not working. I am not receiving an SMS with my code. Hotline won't pick up. 9/6: i sent the email
1 ★ Unable to sign up, it starts loading and never ends. Cannot confirm my phone number because the SMS never comes
1 ★ Do not trust their services. When everything works thats perfect but when one thing goes wrong there is noone to even reply to you. I sent emails, no a reply in a week. I do not recommend
1 ★ They did not registered me correctly. I wrote three mails still after 10 days no answer. Seems they help desk is not working.
